★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い店舗のときもおいしかったですが、今の店はいろんな種類があり、迷うほどです。チャーハンも種類がありみんなおいしそうです。一度味わってみると、次はあれにしようかと、また行きたくなります。

いわゆるパラパラチャーハンで、好きな方は大変美味しくいただけると思います。
大盛りが丼ででてきたので、潔くて好感が持てました。逆に平面のお皿より食べやすいかもしれません。
ごちそうさまでした。

まずメニューが多い！醤油、味噌、塩、背脂、あんかけ、辛い系…迷いました。
で、生姜醤油チャーシューをチョイス。
清水さんのような醤油のキレの良さを感じるスープで、ヒグマさんの生姜醤油より若干薄口。チャーシューの塩分でちょうど補う感じ。
結構量が多くて満足感あり。
今度は違うメニュー試してみよ♪
I visited you for the first time.
First of all, there are many menus! Soy sauce, miso, salt, lard, ankake, spicy ... I was at a loss.
So, I chose ginger soy sauce char siu.
It is a soup that feels the sharpness of soy sauce like Mr. Shimizu, and is slightly lighter than Mr. Higuma's ginger soy sauce. Just make up with the salt of the char siu.
There is a lot of satisfaction.

2名で行ってテーブル空いているにも関わらず、狭いカウンターに。基本的に２名まではカウンターに座らせられるのかもしれないが、隣とのスペースが狭くて気を遣わないと肘が当たるくらい。
初めてだったので生姜醤油チャーシュー麺を注文。来るまで１０分くらいかな？私たちの前にいた１組よりも早く注文の品が届きました…それってどうなの？スープは見た目ほど濃くはないけれど、薄くはないです。麺は茹で過ぎ？というほどでしたし、チャーシューはしょっぱ過ぎでラーメンの中に入れていいレベルじゃない！正直、チャーシュー麺なんて、あんな濃い味のチャーシューをあんな数食べたらダメですよ！量は並では満足いかず、帰りにコンビニで普通に弁当食べたりしてきました。
お店は綺麗で、テレビの取材も受けていて、平日のお昼は満席なところを何度も見ていたので楽しみにしていたのに、私には合わなかった。残念。

It was my first time so I ordered ginger soy sauce char siu noodles. Is it about 10 minutes to come? The order arrived earlier than the pair in front of us ... what about that? The soup isn't as thick as it looks, but it's not thin. Is the noodles too boiled? And the char siu is too salty to put in ramen! To be honest, you can't eat so many char siu noodles with such a strong taste! I wasn't satisfied with the amount, so I usually ate lunch at a convenience store on my way home.
The shop was beautiful, I was interviewed on TV, and I was looking forward to seeing the full seats many times during the lunch on weekdays, but it didn't suit me. disappointing.

普通に美味しいです。
ただ、このご時世なのに厨房ではマスクなし。
暑いからしょうがないのかもですが、対策を徹底して頑張っている飲食店を見ていると、ちょっとモヤモヤしました。
背脂チャーシューラーメン大盛り＋餃子3個＋半チャーハンを頂きました。
背脂ラーメンは、スープの味は丁度いい醤油味で好きでした。
ただ、背脂が口に入れてもしっかり形が残っているタイプで。
私的には、口の中に入れるとほろっと溶けるような形をあまり感じない背脂が好きなので、背脂部分は途中でギブしてしまいました。
チャーシューは薄切りで6枚？程入ってました。
味が濃すぎるとの口コミがありましたが、私にはちょうど良くて美味しかったです。
(欲を言えば、薄切りなのでもっと入れて欲しい気もします。)
量は大盛り(2玉表記)で他店の1.5玉って感じです。
食べるの早い人は気にならないかもですが、食べるのが遅いと最後の方が麺の伸びが気になりやすい麺だったのか、ちょっと残念でした。
麺固めで注文できるなら、次はそうしようかなと思います。
餃子は、よく練っているのか野菜と肉が混ざりあった細かい舌触り。
チャーハンは、普通にラーメン屋さんによくあるチャーハンって感じでした。

There was a review that the taste was too strong, but it was just right and delicious for me.

The amount is large (2 balls notation) and it feels like 1.5 balls from other stores.
People who eat early may not care, but I was a little disappointed that the noodles were more likely to grow at the end if they were eaten late.
If you can order with noodles, I think I'll do it next time.
The dumplings have a fine texture that is a mixture of vegetables and meat, probably because they are well kneaded.
The fried rice was like the fried rice that is usually found in ramen shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いから、一村尾に新しいラーメン屋が出来たよ。と聞いたので、このグーグルマップで検索して写真を見たら、美味しいそうだったので食べに行きました。この日は生姜チャーシュー特盛りを注文。あっさりして生姜と醤油がガツンとくるコクあるスープに、中細ストレート麺が絡みます。チャーシューも絶品！初めて食べましたが、すごく美味しいラーメン屋です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンを頂いた。豚100%清湯スープでかなりアッサリ、薄味。パンチが弱い気がしたが、種類やトッピングも多く、何度か通って各種試してみたいと思わされた。なかなか豚のみの清湯ラーメンは珍しいと思うので味わいが貴重かと。なので暫定☆4。多分店長はライダーだな。
