Noodles were slightly soft, but I believe if specified they can prepare it to your liking. Spicy ramen was quite spicy, onigiri was a good match for the broth

quaint little restaurant on the second floor with 4 standard meals on the menu. broth is made of fish bones and you can skip the chicken meatball option to make it all seafood as the ramen also comes with prawn ball... three options of spicyness. I took the highest of course. made me sweat a bit but all the more tasty. free flow of iced water.

How can I not love the ramen? It is featured on Paolo. I like it they serve rice balls and chicken balls along with the ramen, which makes every meal a delightfully light meal. Mmm yum!

Get the spicy broth. Very flavourful and not overwhelmingly spicy that you can’t taste the fish flavours. Noodle portions are quite big ( this is a normal with even less noodles ). The noodles were a tad soft for me but that’s personal preference. The shrimp balls are very different from Chinese fish balls - this one is super mushy like matzo balls. The onions were a very nice touch - plentiful , adding a nice robust flavour to the whole bite !

Was delicious! Pure seafood stock, and with no animal derived soup, it IS actually mouth watering. For muslim friends, you can ask the chicken ball to be excluded depending on your choice. The Japanese staff may not be super good in English but that wouldn't be a problem. Small place and Japanese line up in long lines(Proves it's good)! Choose a good time. 美味しかった〜。また行きます!

The ramen here is seafood-based (hence the name), and the spiciest level is just enough to give your brain the tingles. There are some complains regarding the softness of the noodles, but it's up to people's preferences. It's recommended to call ahead of time as the shop is rather small and hidden. It's really close to the Shinjuku Station.

Fish broth ramen near shinjuku station. Place is tight, with narrow staircase. Big portion. Tasty and savory and has a lil bit spicyness. Don’t forget to put rice like onigiri to the soup once you finish all the dishes. It adds extra flavor afterward, when the rice absorb to the soup completely. Make you tummy full. ?

Decent place with a great location by Shinjuku station close to the Lumine EST area. I ordered the shio ramen which was a very light yet clean, fishy broth. The shiso leaves paired well with the soup and the noodles were thin and firm. Overall good but felt like it was lacking. If you order the set (150 yen more) you will get an onigiri that you can put into the soup after you finish your noodles which the shop recommends. The burnt flavor from the slightly grilled onigiri was a nice touch to the soup.
