H	Hiroaki Hayashida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島ラーメン（中華そば）を出すお店です。豚骨醤油ということですが、あまりパンチのある味ではなく、良く言えば優しい、悪く言えばぼんやりした味という印象です。大盛の設定はなく、160円で替え玉を注文するスタイルです。チャーシューはおすすめできないかな。餃子は通常サイズの半分サイズの小振りなものが出てきます。味は普通です。個人的にはまた食べたいという味ではありませんでしたが、根強いファンもいるそうなので、食べたことがない方は一度チャレンジするのが良いと思います。各種キャッシュレス対応。店員さんの接客は良いです。 It is a shop that serves Hiroshima ramen (Chinese noodles). ま	まさた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廣島中華そば我馬中華そば・ラーメン屋さんです。広島県の広島駅のエキエ1Fにあります。建物内にありますが、屋台風な店構えです。入口は良くわかりませんでしたが、店員さんが席を案内してくれました。屋台風な席なので他のお客さんと向かい合わせ、隣同士です。飛沫対策はされています。今回は中華そば(803円)を頂く事にしました。メニューを選び店員さんに注文します。水とコップはテーブルに置いているのでセルフで注ぎます。中華そばは思っていた(細麺)よりも麺は太め(中位)でした。食べ応えのある麺です。スープは豚骨醤油です。少しコショウをかけて美味しく頂きました。会計は店の入口側のレジで行います。店員さんの元気が良いのが印象的でした。 Hiroshima Chinese Soba Gama It is a Chinese noodle shop.
