木	木村ガトミ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島にはよく有るおばちゃんが作ったお好み焼きって感じ広島のお好み焼きは　いくつかジャンルと言うかカテゴリーと言うか　いくつかに別れる。こちらはモヤシ多めですね、自分はモヤシは　ほんの少し風味程度に入ってるのが好きなので（ブラックマッペ限定ですけど）ちょっと苦手　また野菜の仕込み（切り置きしてある時間）味に関係してくる　観光客には居酒屋メニューも結構有り喜ばれるかな・・牛スジ煮込みは　こちらのお母さんが関西出身とあって美味しい? 広島はどちらかと言うと牛スジはアッサリ目にどこも仕上げてある因みに県外から来た知人や友人は美味しいと言ってました。　広島駅利用の方　立地的にオススメです。美味しゅうございます。ご馳走様でした♪ It feels like okonomiyaki made by an aunt who is common in Hiroshima Hiroshima okonomiyaki is divided into several genres or categories. N	Nishimura Tetsuya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島駅からマツダスタジアムに向けて歩いて行くと、道を渡った反対側にある店。看板が大きく、見つけやすい。店内は小さなカウンターに席が数席、ボックス席が5つくらいある。小さめの店だが、個人経営のお好み焼きは、ほぼこんな感じのサイズ。広島駅に近いロケーションのため、外国人観光客の来店も多いようで、メニューは英語もアリ。観光客だけでなく、地元常連客らしき客も多いので、味は問題ない。駅近なのに、値段も普通。酒、鉄板焼の品数も多く、ちょっとした飲みに良い。お好み焼きは典型的な広島スタイルで、関西スタイルではない。個人的な好みだが、もやしが少し多めかなぁ。あと、キャベツは甘味より苦味が強かった。コレは時期の問題か、素材の問題か不明。ソースはカープでもオタフクでもないオリジナル。テーブル席には、鉄板皿で提供してくれる。 2021年5月の時点では風通しも良くし、消毒やパーテーションもあり、感染症対策は合格点。何度か行って、改めて総評をアップしたい。 If you walk from Hiroshima Station toward Mazda Stadium, you will find a store on the other side across the road. The staff was very accommodating. She explained the menu extensively to me. I chose the special once with seafood in it. It was really good! Serving was big, I could barely finish it! Recommended. ?
