★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高円寺周辺で家を探そうと思い、また物件探しは日曜日に行こうと思ったので1週間前にしっかり電話で予約していました。しかし予約2日前に急にメールが入り、内容は「まだ家は探していますか？条件は決まっていますか？」と言ったものでした。そもそも1回目に電話したときに詳細を細かくお伝えしていたので疑問に思いましたが念のためメールでも送り直しました。
その後何回かメールでやりとりした後、急に向こうから予約キャンセルをしてきました。(急遽別件で仕事が入ったとのことでした)
当方は忙しい中日曜日を丸一日開けていたためとても悲しい残念な気持ちで仕方ありませんでした。
一度お話ししたことも忘れられ、予約もあちらの都合で変更され、伺う前から大変不快な思いをしました。

予定がおしてしまい遅刻の連絡を入れたところ、
「私も予定を切り上げてるので、もう少し早くこれませんか？」
対応に驚きました。
謝りをいれ最短でつける時間を伝え、大丈夫ですか？と伝えたにも関わらず、この対応です。
行けないから連絡してるのに、どうやって早くしろと？
だから遅れても大丈夫ですかって聞いているのですが？
サービス利用者側にあなたの前の予定って関係あります？
あなたはそれが仕事でお金を貰ってますが、私はお金を貰ってないし仕事の合間にサービスを受けようとした側なのですが・・・？
私たちのような利用者からも給与の一部が出ている自覚はあるのでしょうか・・・？
