有	有川静香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に書かせてもらったオトリのお部屋の情報を見かけました。八景舎高円寺南です。2，3年前から60000円の家賃で1年しか住めないという謎の契約でスーモなどのサイトに短期的に掲載し、なにも知らない人を呼んでいる会社です。ディスカバリーという会社とヘヤヲタさんは同じ会社さんのようです。 I saw the information about Otori's room that I wrote before. M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今からこちらの不動産で部屋を決めようと考え得ている方に読んでもらえれば幸いです。はっきり言って危ないと感じたほど良くないです。自分が契約手前までで体験した良くないと思う点は・”３日から１週間で審査の連絡をする”といわれて自分から連絡しないと２週間は平気で連絡がこない・不動産屋を訪れた際、説明がなかった”頭金”をいきなり払うよう言われる。・Googleではこの評価だが名刺の裏にあるQRから見ると、いいことばかり書かれたレビューサイトにとぶとにかく不親切に感じることが多すぎました。自分は無事にキャンセルすることが出来たので時間を無駄にしただけで済みました。 I hope it will be read by those who are thinking about deciding on a room in this real estate from now on.
