不動産を購入したいなら、まずは本澤さんにコンタクトを取ることをお薦めします。
お店は高円寺駅から徒歩１ー２分と近いですが、静かな通りに面しています。内装も素敵で、居心地もとても良いです。大事な契約をこちらの店舗で出来たことも良かったです。
子供は店内にあるキッズスペースを気に入っていました。広めで清潔感のあるお手洗いにはおむつ替えシートもありました。授乳スペースの有無は把握していませんが、お声かけしたら空き会議室などを融通してくれそうな雰囲気はあります。

The shop is close to Koenji station, a 1-2 minute walk, but faces a quiet street. The interior is nice and cozy. It was good that I could make an important contract at this store.
Kids loved the kids space inside the store. There was also a diaper change sheet for the spacious and clean restroom. I don't know if there is a nursing space, but if you ask me, there is an atmosphere that seems to accommodate an empty conference room.

ファイナンシャルプランナーの方もいらっしゃるため、その物件を購入するということだけでなく、その後の運用方法なども紹介いただけたところもたいへん参考になりました。

連絡手段は基本的にメールだったのですが、私にとってはそのスタイルもありがたかったです。
押し売りなどもなく、こちらのペースに寄り添ってくださるので、その点も心地よかったです。
また、いざ購入したい物件が決まった際は、他の方に契約が取られないように、大変スピーディーにご対応いただきました。
