早く決めてくれって圧力をバシバシ出してくるので、決して屈さずに自分のわがままを伝えましょう。妥協はいけません。
あと、入居の前日になってもどこで何時に鍵を貰えばいいとか一切伝えられません。私の場合はそれを電話で尋ねると、あからさまにダルそうな感じを出されました。
手数料も他の不動産屋と変わらないうえに特に親切とかってわけでもないので、わざわざここを選ぶ理由はないかなと感じました（もちろん担当者の方によって変わると思います）。
どこの不動産屋であろうと扱ってる物件は基本的に一緒なので、担当者が自分と合わないなと思ったらすぐ他の不動産屋に変えることをお勧めします。
