★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年夏ごろに店長と思わしき男性に対応していただきました。やり取りを進める中で「後日連絡します」との話でしたが2週間以上連絡が来なかったので、再度こちらから問い合わせを行ったところ「人気物件なのでキャンセルしても構いませんよ」というようなニュアンスの返答を受け驚愕しました。
また対応も常に上から目線で客商売とは思えない喋り方でした。
物件自体非常に気に入っていたので我慢していましたが、もう二度とワイエス・ホーム系列に訪れることはないでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築年数と駅からの遠さ、ユニットバス、家賃もまあまあすることさえも目を瞑って壁の厚いところをお願いしたが、いざ住んでみたら隣の人がシャワーをひねる音や、くしゃみなど全てがハッキリと聞こえ、壁の意味をなしていないようなアパートに住んでしまった。自分の下調べが弱かったという事もあるが、未だに憤りを感じる。一生利用しない

他の不動産屋では物件の紹介すらされない事もあったのですが、難しい条件でもいくつか物件を紹介してもらい、気に入った物件に住める事が出来ました！
無理難題にもスマートに押しつけがましくなくやってくれたのが印象的です！
あと地味にトイレが綺麗でオシャレでいい匂い
したのがよかった！

口コミを見て、ネガティブなイメージも持っておりましたが、そんな雰囲気は一切なくみなさんの一生懸命さが伝わりました。
他にも複数の不動産会社にも足を運びましたがダントツで良かったです。周辺地域の情報も詳しく徒歩での案内も嫌な顔せず一緒に回っていただきました。
難しい条件にも関わらず頑張って探してくれて、次回もまたお願いしたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで気になった物件があったため、いくつかの管理会社の中から「値段交渉可能」の文字に釣られてこちらを選びました。
結果、1円たりとも値引きされませんでした。審査内容をみてから交渉するため、言われるがまま申請しましたが、値引き交渉不可の一言と払込期限を知らされました。仲介手数料についても値引きは一切受け付けてもらえません。
それだけではありません。店舗に伺うと、女性の方に対応されました。全く愛想もなく、淡々と契約内容を話されました。仲介手数料は安くありません。お金を払っているのだから、それに見合った対応をしていただきたい。
他のレビューをもっとみて、違う所にお願いすべきでした。引っ越しは何度か行っていますが、こんなに嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。
低評価のレビューに対し、ご連絡をという返答がついてありますが、こんなに低評価をもらっているのに何も改善されていない、社内教育はどうなっているのだろうと疑問です。
