今まで、数十社の不動産屋さんとやり取りをしたが、この店のような悪質なやり方を見たことがなかった。
最初はネットで物件を問い合わせして、直接現地したいとスタッフに聞きました。なんと、部屋を見るためにまず店に行かなければならいという返事が来た。そして、私はお店に行ってすぐ部屋を見れますかを聞きました。また、弊社に来て他の物件の紹介を見てからお問い合わせした物件に行きますという返信が来た。
仕方がなく私は来店時間を約束した。翌日、ちょうど他のサイトで同じお部屋を見つけてそっち不動産屋に問い合わせしてすぐ現地で内見して申し込みした。
部屋を申し込みしてすぐ、この旨をこの不動産屋に連絡して約束をなしにしたが、なんと担当のスタッフに「どこの業者さんに利用したか」、「申し込みした物件はどんな物件ですか」、最後はまさか「そちら申し込みしたをキャンセルして、弊社を通して借りられればと初期費用を安くする」という恥も知れずことも聞かれた。
ほんとに自分のノルマのために何でもするひどい会社です。
私は不動産の営業でした。最初から「店に行かないと内見できない」とか、「他の部屋の紹介を受ける必要がある」とかことが成約させるための仕業だと知っていた。内見するためこんなことを我慢した。
当時の通話が録音したらすぐ通報したいところだった。

I had no choice but to promise a visit time. The next day, I just found the same room on another site, contacted the real estate agent there, and immediately took a look at the site and applied.
Immediately after applying for a room, I contacted this real estate agent and made a promise, but I asked the staff in charge "Which vendor did you use it for?" "What kind of property did you apply for?" At the end, I was told that there was no shame in saying, "If you cancel your application and borrow it through us, the initial cost will be reduced."
It's a terrible company that really does everything for its quota.
I was a real estate business. From the beginning, I knew that "I can't look inside unless I go to the store" or "I need to be introduced to another room" is the work to make a contract. I put up with this to get a preview.
I wanted to report as soon as the call at that time was recorded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、何か確認してもらうのに2回ずつ言わなけれ要望が通らない。
部屋の空きや見積も2回言わなければ貰えない。
こちらの要望を伝えると怒ったような口調になり、客に寄り添うという意思は感じられませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フルリノベーションした賃貸を新築と偽って紹介されました。その後の契約書をみると築48年と書いてありました。少し不信に思い防音性を聞いたところ問題ないと言われたので、無知な自分はリノベーションされて綺麗だし問題ないかなと思って契約してしまいました。しかしながら、防音性が最悪で入居後に泣きをみることになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、娘の引っ越しの件でお伺いしました。家族の中で一人暮らしをするのは初めてでしたので不動産屋さんを訪れるのも初めてでした。申し訳ないですが、私の中では不動産屋さんのイメージは正直良く思ってはいませんでしたが、全くイメージしてた感じと違って驚きました。
フランクに話してもらい、こちらとしても話しやすかったです。また、説明も分かりやすく丁寧にして頂けました。初めての事ばかりで無知な私でも分かりやすかったです。物件の内見は車で案内してもらった際も、寒いですが換気のため少し窓開けさせて頂きますね、と一言声をかけてもらい。意外と一言言わない人が多いなか好印象でした。
無事に契約も終わり今月中に引っ越しが終わりそうです。私自身も色々と良い経験になりました。
この度は本当にお世話になりました。
