誠	誠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡じゃじゃ麺元祖のお店でランチ。大(720円)を注文したので、かなりなボリュームでした。うどんのような麺に粗く切られていたきゅうりとネギ、さらにその上には味噌が載っけられています。よく混ぜていただきます、味は普通でした。個人としては好きではない味でした。横にある木の皿の卵を一個割って、混ぜて少しましになります。最後会計では卵一個につき50円取られていました。無料ではありませんでした。好み分かりますが、値段相応の味ではありませんと私は思います。 Lunch at Morioka Jajamen's original shop. I ordered a large one (720 yen), so it was quite a volume. Cucumbers and green onions that were roughly cut into udon-like noodles, and miso on top. Mix well, the taste was normal. It was a taste I didn't like as an individual. Break one egg on the wooden plate next to it and mix it to make it a little better. In the last accounting, 50 yen was taken for each egg. It wasn't free. I know you like it, but I don't think it tastes right for the price.
な	なぐ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日昼12:15あたりから混みはじめます。結構並んでる日もあります。カウンター6席、テーブルは2人席3つと4人席1つくらいです。お客さんはカウンター席は男性が多く、テーブル席は男女半々くらいです。注文すると早いと1分くらいで来ます。遅いと15分くらいです。麺茹でてあるかこれから茹でるかで結構違います。中サイズでうどん1.8玉くらいかな？プラスちーたんたんでお腹いっぱいになります。写真は小サイズです。ネギ多めとかしょうが(常連は黄色と呼んでるっぽい)多めとかできるみたいです。あとなんか辛そうな何かも頼めば出るようです。麺のコシはあんまりないですが、たまに当たりの日があってコシがある日もあります。じゃじゃ麺の食べ方で「最初に肉味噌と麺を全部混ぜる」みたいにネットとかで紹介されてましたが、無理に全部混ぜようとすると味噌とかが結構飛び散るので、食べるとこだけ混ぜた方がいいなと思いました。麺を食べたら生卵を落として溶いて、そこにゆで汁を入れてもらってちーたんたんにします。卵を溶いたらお皿に箸を入れたままで「ちーたんお願いします」と声をかけます。カウンター席ならカウンターにお皿を置きます。卵は常温に置いてるからかあまり状態は良くないです。黄身にハリが全くないです。ちーたんが来たら塩と胡椒で味を整えて、お好みでラー油かけて食べます。ラー油とても美味しいです。ただ辛いのでむせます。店員さん覇気があって居心地が良いです。食後のお皿はカウンターに上げずにテーブルに置いたままにします。

H	Hob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahhh, jajang noodles, Japanese style. The noodles are fantastically chewy, with a miso sauce added with other ingredients, which gives it a savoury, umami taste. Taste-wise, it's a bit different from the Korean version of Jajang noodles, but it has a unique combination of taste and texture. Oh, and finish off with the Chitan- egg soup. Follow the instructions. ☺
G	Giami Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another famous noodles restaurant in Iwate for its signature じゃじゃめん(spicy paste noodle). It provides a step-by-step instruction card for tourist on how to enjoy the noodles; firstly to simply mix and eat, then towards the end to notify the staff and they would fill egg soup in and you enjoy the final bits as noodle soup. Personally i like the mixed one better than the soup. There are garlic, vinegar, pepper, sesame oil, etc for you to tune to your best taste. Usually there’s a queue but the turnover is quick so you don’t need to wait too long.
