★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 領収書について尋ねたら、こちらがすべて言い終わる前に「えきねっとで予約したぶんはマイページから発行することになってる」と早口でまくし立てられました。実際は、私の場合は乗車時間を変更しているのでえきねっとでは明細が表示されず、問い合わせたら「駅の窓口で手続きしろ」とのこと。そんなのえきねっとサイト上のどこにも書いていません。以前、切符の払戻金額を間違えられたときも返金のために駅まで呼びつけられましたが、またわざわざ交通費かけて用もない駅に行かなければならないんでしょうか。
