Before the soba, salt and fried, beer. The saltiness of the salted salt is just right. And I ordered a southern beauty with a big zaru. The buckwheat noodles were heavier and more plump than I had imagined with 100% buckwheat noodles. I was satisfied if the scent of buckwheat noodles was a little stronger, but I was able to fully enjoy it even at that time.

金	金田肝臓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューの写真と恐ろしく見た目が異なりますが、私の推理によると多分お店さん側の粋なサプライズです。頼んで損したとは思わなかったです。クセはほとんどなく、最後まで美味しく食べられました。美味しーなーと思ったのでよかったです。 It looks horribly different from the pictures on the menu, but my guess is that it's probably a cool surprise on the part of the shop. I didn't think I lost it. There was almost no habit and it was delicious until the end. I'm glad I thought it was delicious.
昂	昂伸のとうさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の閉店１時間前に利用。ざるミニ天丼の大盛（ざるが1.5倍で３枚）を頂きました。天丼はご飯も含めて美味しかったのですが、１番上の１枚目のざるは水切り不足でビチャビチャ、２枚目と３枚目は蕎麦がくっいて解れないのでコップの水を箸につけて解す必要が有りました。なので十割蕎麦を楽しめず、次はもう少し早い時間でチャレンジしようと思いました。 Used 1 hour before closing on Sunday. I received a large serving of Zaru mini-tendon (Zaru is 1.5 times larger and 3 pieces). The tendon bowl was delicious, including the rice, but the first colander on the top was fluffy due to lack of draining, and the second and third soba noodles couldn't be melted, so put a glass of water on the chopsticks to melt it. There was a need. So I couldn't enjoy 100% soba, so I decided to try it a little earlier next time.
