大石田では珍しい白い蕎麦で、細さはバラバラ、硬めに茹で上げ色々な食感が楽しめます。盛りそば(¥750)の付け合わせは、天ぷら、大根の漬物、白菜と昆布の細切りの漬物。薬味は大根おろし、ワサビ、長ねぎ。写真のゲソ天(¥300)は1人では多すぎる量です。

藁葺き屋根ポツンと一軒家。囲炉裏があり趣のある広間で大板そば(900円税込)をいただきました。太さはまちまち長さは短かい白いお蕎麦で、食べると甘い感じ。とても美味しかったですよ。

昭和を思い出す雰囲気!茅葺き屋根の蕎麦屋さんは大分無くなりつつある中、大変良い感じでした。 駐車場も広く結構停められ トイレも清潔感があり 室内は外観に合った昔ながらの内装 大板蕎麦+ゲソ天を食べましたが結構なボリュームでした。 時折、こちら方面に来た際に蕎麦屋さんに入店致しますが、迷わず食べたくなる蕎麦です。

土曜日の10時40分頃に入店 待ち時間はありませんでしたが11時頃には満席になりました。 この辺りでは珍しい殻を取り除いた白い蕎麦が特徴です。 蕎麦は短く(7cmほど)、黒い田舎蕎麦に慣れている自分には香りがあまり感じられず残念でした。大板そばを注文しましたが、そこまで量は多くなく板の底が少し見えるくらいの量です。 板そばについてくるオマケのような天ぷらは人参と大根のかき揚げでした。冷たく作り置きされているようなので揚げたての天ぷらと一緒に食べたい方はゲソ天を注文された方がいいです。 ゲソ天は量が多いので2人で分けても十分な量かもしれませんが、家庭で作る天ぷらのような味の分厚い衣で、揚げたてではありましたがカリカリのものではなく美味しくはなかったです。 ニシンの甘露煮は温かくしっとりとしていてとても美味しかったです。 良いクチコミが多かっただけに期待外れでした。2度目は無いと思います。 常連の方と量が明らかに違い、印象も悪かったです。

ツーリングの際に偶然目の前を通った際に、そばの旗とオールドスタイルの建物に興味を惹かれUターンして入店。 平日の開店時間くらいだったので誰も居ませんでした。 写真のとおり白いそばで風味より触感がツルツルで非常に美味。 大盛りを頼めばよかったと後悔。ゲゾの天ぷらも量が多くて満足。 田舎の良きお蕎麦屋さんといったところ。店内も和室の座敷オンリーでした。 新庄市に行った際はまた訪れたい。
