★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そば処の山形県だけあって、麺とたれは合格です。
でも、板そばを名乗るにしては量が少なすぎます。
倍あって板そばですよ。
観光客相手なら良いでしょうが、地元民は満足しないでしょう。
コスパはいまいちですが、これはこれで良いかな。
 There is only Soba restaurant in Yamagata prefecture, and the noodles and sauce are passed.
However, the amount is too small to name it.
There are doubles and it's by the board.
It would be good for tourists, but locals would not be satisfied.
Cospa is not good enough, but is this good?

麺は腰があり、肉は大きめで柔らかく食べやすい。
汁は甘く濃い目の味付けで美味しいが、飲むには少しきつい。
I ordered cold bird soba.
The noodles are chewy and the meat is large and tender to eat.
The soup is delicious with sweet and strong eyes, but it is a little hard to drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家就黏著車站旁，連走到外面都不需要，右轉穿過一個小商店&待合室就到了。因為有大行李，詢問店家後，要我們放在店家的外面(室內平台上)，所以大家都放一排在外面。
店家會詢問搭車的時間來確保你是否能用到餐，因為出餐的速度真的不快，我們前面剛好有一組約8個的客人，所以等了半小時以上才拿到餐點。
如果坐在窗邊，可以看到列車來往。
來用餐之前，看有人評論說10割的蕎麥麵不好吃，但我們都覺得超好吃，很有口感，不軟爛，而且麵是店家自己製作的。
不喜歡吃冷麵的人，可以選擇鴨肉蕎麥麵，把麵沾著鴨肉湯吃，不錯吃喔！！但裡面的鴨肉沒幾塊。吃完後想喝湯，可以加入麵湯稀釋，看在地人是這樣吃的。
素食的人，只有冷的蕎麥麵可以吃，而且無法沾提供的醬，想吃熱的，只能等店家給的一壺煮麵湯，配著吃。

If you sit by the window, you can see the trains coming and going.
Before coming to dinner, I saw someone commenting that 10-cut buckwheat noodles are not delicious, but we all feel that they are super delicious, very tasty, not soft, and the noodles are made by the store itself.
If you don't like cold noodles, you can choose duck soba noodles and dip the noodles with duck broth. !! But the duck inside was not a lot. If you want to drink soup after eating, you can add noodle soup to dilute it to see how local people eat it.
For vegetarians, only cold soba noodles can be eaten, and the provided sauce cannot be dipping. If you want to eat hot, you can only wait for a pot of noodle soup to be served with the restaurant.

I had a blooper top plate soba. The tempura was fresh and delicious, and the place to check the means of transportation is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅のお蕎麦屋さんなので、立食い的なイメージでいましたが、ちゃんとしたお店で、美味しくいただきました。
地元の方のおススメで、お味噌もいただきました。蕎麦の実が入った甘味噌で、きゅうりにつけて美味しくいただきました。
Because it was a soba shop at the station, it was a tasty image, but it was delicious at a decent shop.
We had local miso soup and recommended miso. It was a sweet potato with soba noodles and was delicious when placed on cucumbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀山温泉に行く送迎パスに乗るまで時間があり、Googleマップの情報頼りに時間潰しで行こうと思ったところ、まさかの休業...周りにお店もほぼ無く困りました。これから旅行で来る方、お気をつけください。
I had time to get on the shuttle pass to Ginzan Onsen, so I thought I'd go to kill time by relying on the information on Google Maps, but it was closed ... I was in trouble because there were almost no shops around. If you are traveling, please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀山温泉の送迎の待ち時間に利用しました。以前は十割そばだったようですが今は二八そばに変わってました。残念。
そばが少ないとのクチコミを見かけたので、大盛り頼んだらやっぱり多いです。
コシの強い独特の麺で美味でした。
写真はげそ板そば大盛り(1,200円)
写真撮り忘れましたが山形のだし(110円)が意外にそばの薬味に丁度いいです。
お客さんは地元の人が多いようです。
観光客は電車の時間聞かれます。
