何処にもない中華そばです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かみさんと二人でお邪魔した時の事です。ここのお店は、蕎麦が主力だろうか？中華そばを食べ始めたら、丼から立ち上る香りに、蕎麦の香りが、嫌な予感です‼️俺の丼の中に、伸びて、切れた短い日本蕎麦が数本‼️実に珍しい中華そばですね。食べ歩きして数百件。初めての貴重な体験です‼️店主の仕事ぶりが疑われます。残念でした。先ずはご馳走様でした。
今回はどうだろう⁉️中華そばの注文して待ちました。来ましたよ‼️前回みたいな事は無く、すんなり完食ですけど、薄味でした。それに、レンゲが付かないんですね❗ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざるそばを食べました。季節の山菜天ぷらもあり満足！。この店の良い所は、店内に漂う作り物では無い懐かしい昭和‼︎。この雰囲気をいつまでも残して頂きたいです。

中でもオススメなのは「中華そば」です。
透き通ったスープ、すっきりとした中にも奥深い味わい。
そして麺は珍しく、そばを使用しています。スープと麺の相性は最高で、毎回スープも完食させて頂いております!
御主人がそばを茹でた後、一度水で締めた麺はコシがあって歯ごたえ十分!
そして再度お湯で麺をさっと温め、どんぶりに入れる。
そのどんぶりも鍋の熱を使い、御主人が片手で器用に回転させ温めている。
私の中で中華そばナンバー1です。
ご夫婦の真心がつまった最高の一杯です。
