★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猿羽根山地蔵尊と併設してます。頂上まで車で上がれますが、かなり狭くすれ違いは厳しいかと。自信の無い方は、手前の大きな駐車場に停め、徒歩で行けます。
手前に土俵があり、中学の時を思い出します。
少し上に地蔵尊があり、左隣に併設されてます。
十割そばで、始めに細切りが配膳され、食べ終わるとそ太いのが来ます。
どちらも美味しく頂きました。
ツレがごま豆腐も注文したのを少し頂き、懐かしい味がしました。

食べにいく価値のある隠れ家的名店だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめて伺いました。お店の雰囲気は、とても良い感じで 隠れ家的な。落ち着いて食事ができ 窓から見える眺望もgoodです
お蕎麦は私には合わない感じでした。新そば前の時期でもあり 風味があまり感じられませんでしたね 付け合わせに出てきた漬物は美味しく、ごま豆腐は別料金で他のみましたが こちらも美味しくいただきました。また新そばの時に行ってみたいです。

蕎 Soba was not suitable for me. It was the time before Shinsoba, and the flavor was not felt so much. The pickles that came out with the garnish were delicious, and the sesame tofu was served for another fee, but it was also delicious. I would like to go again when I am a new soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のナビだと違う場所に案内されて迷った。南から行くとトンネルを出て直ぐに右折して突き当たり位まで進んで左折して細い道を上っていくとある。座席数が少ないので予約したとしても混んでいれば待たされる。蕎麦は少しぬめりがある不思議。前菜でニラが出たり蚊取り線香の煙等で蕎麦の繊細な風味が感じられなかった。殆どの人がごま豆腐を頼んでいた。わらび餅のきな粉は砂糖が入っていないので美味しかった

Since the number of seats is small, even if you make a reservation, you will have to wait if it is crowded. It is strange that soba is a little slimy. I couldn't feel the delicate flavor of buckwheat noodles due to the appearance of garlic chives in the appetizer and the smoke of mosquito coils. Most people were asking for sesame tofu. Warabimochi kinako was delicious because it didn't contain sugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猿羽根山の山頂付近にお店あり、猿羽根山トンネル新庄側(トンネル入る手前)を左側に延びてる道を駆け登って行くと????
駐車場あり、そこから頂上目指して歩くとお店ありました!!
おじゃました日は天気が良くて、見晴らしが良く、もみじの紅葉?も綺麗でした!!
お蕎麦屋さんの隣に、お堂がありお参りしてから、お蕎麦屋さんに行きました!!
予約(電話でお蕎麦のセットを予約)してから行ったので良かったですが、当日分のお蕎麦は完売でした!
お店に入って、最初前菜出てきて、胡麻豆腐のあんかけとかとお茶とか召し上がってたら、細麺のお蕎麦出てきました!!
食べ終わった頃に、太麺(太平麺)のお蕎麦出てきました!
もう食べ終わる頃に、蕎麦湯が運ばれてきて…
最後にデザートのわらび餅が出てきました(^-^)/
前菜もお蕎麦もわらび餅も全て美味しかったです!!(^o^)/
食べ終わってから、お堂の方に戻り、地蔵堂とか色々お参りして、最後に住職さんから御朱印を書いて頂きました!!
書いてる時に、今年の雪の話とかしましたが、さばね山そばは今年(令和3年11月23日)で営業終了!!
と話してました!
雪深い所なので、また来年来たいと思いました(^o^)/

Next to the soba shop, there is a temple, and after visiting, I went to the soba shop! !!
I'm glad I went after making a reservation (reserving a soba set over the phone), but the soba for the day was sold out!
When I entered the shop, the appetizer came out first, and when I had sesame tofu ankake and tea, the soba noodles with thin noodles came out! !!
By the time I finished eating, the soba noodles of thick noodles (Taipei noodles) came out!
By the time I finished eating, soba hot water was brought in ...
Finally, the dessert warabi mochi came out (^-^) /
The appetizer, soba and warabi mochi were all delicious! !! (^ o ^) /
After I finished eating, I returned to the temple, visited Jizo-do and so on, and finally the chief priest wrote a red stamp! !!
At the time of writing, I talked about this year's snow, but Sabaneyama Soba will be closed this year (November 23, 3rd year of Reiwa)! !!

トンネルを抜けてすぐを右折。トンネルでスピードが乗っていると通り過ぎてしまいます。
天気も良く涼やかな気候に秋を感じます。
ホームページには蕎麦単品の販売の説明が載っていますが、現在はセット販売のみとの事。せっかく来たのだからと胡麻豆腐とニシンの甘露煮を追加注文。
お昼前に訪れたので待たずに入店できましたが、12時過ぎ頃から続々とお客様が来店されていて、程なくして満席。
セットの内容は
前菜盛り合わせ+蕎麦二枚(細麺、太麺)+わらび餅
値段は安くはありませんが、十分に楽しめる内容だったと思います。
前菜はどれも懐かしい味付けでした。特に茄子の煮浸しが美味しかったです。胡麻豆腐も胡麻の香りと餡の美味しさが際立ちます。ニシンの甘露煮は想像していた甘露煮よりももっと軽い味付け。
肝心の蕎麦は香り高く、細麺の喉越し、太麺の食べ応えと存分に楽しめます。
デザートのわらび餅は食後の満足感を上げてくれます。
営業は4月から11月まで のようですので気になる方はお早めにどうぞ。
I visited for the first time in 3 years.
Turn right immediately after passing through the tunnel. If you are speeding up in the tunnel, you will pass by.
The weather is nice and the cool climate makes me feel autumn.
There is an explanation on the sale of soba alone on the homepage, but currently it is only sold as a set. I ordered additional sesame tofu and herring in Kanro-ni because I came here.
Since I visited before noon, I was able to enter the store without waiting, but customers came to the store one after another from around 12 o'clock, and it was soon full.
The contents of the set
Assorted appetizers + 2 buckwheat noodles (thin noodles, thick noodles) + warabi mochi
The price is not cheap, but I think it was a lot of fun.
All the appetizers were nostalgic. Especially the stewed eggplant was delicious. The sesame tofu also has a sesame aroma and the deliciousness of the bean paste. Kanro-ni of herring is lighter than I had imagined.
The essential soba is fragrant, and you can fully enjoy it with the throat of thin noodles and the response of thick noodles.
Warabimochi, a dessert, will increase your satisfaction after eating.
It seems to be open from April to November, so if you are interested, please do so as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unforgettable trip to this soba restaurant that is up in the hill within a temple, where the monk is also the chef. The temple is overlooking small villages in the distance with a beautiful scenery.
The soba noodles have great flavors while simple and pure. It is worth the trip to experience the pleasure of food.
