普通に美味しいオーソドックスなつけ麺です。魚介が香るつけ汁と特徴はないけど食べやすい麺。関西の玉五郎とよく似た味でした。接客は○

自分で辛みを混ぜながら食べるので、色々なパターンで食べることが出来る。
カレーパウダー、唐辛子、ペッパー等あり中もりでも全然飽きない。
シンプルだけどとても、美味しい。
Special spicy tsukemen Nakamori 1140 yen.
You can eat it in various patterns because you eat it while mixing the spiciness yourself.
There are curry powder, chili peppers, peppers, etc.
It's simple but very delicious.

コロナ対応で油そばテイクアウトをやっていました。
相変わらず美味しかったです。
つけ麺が美味しいです。
麺はつるつるの太麺。
スープは濃い目で、魚粉たっぷりでドロっとしているが、臭みは全くなくクセになる味。
スープに入ったメンマ、チャーシューがこれまた美味しい。
新大塚へお越しの際はぜひ
油そばも美味しいです。大盛りは結構多いです。

I was doing abura soba takeout for corona.
It was delicious as usual.
Tsukemen is delicious.
The noodles are smooth and thick noodles.
The soup is thick and thick with plenty of fishmeal, but it has no odor and is addictive.
Menma and char siu in the soup are also delicious.
By all means when you come to Shin-Otsuka
Abura soba is also delicious. There are quite a lot of large servings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新大塚駅前の昔はちょっとしたアーケードがあった場所にある元布団屋さんだったラーメン屋さんです。もう結構長く続いていて、オープン当初には何度か伺っていたのですが、最近はご無沙汰で9月15日の夜営業に数年ぶりに伺ってつけ麺大¥830をいただきました。魚介豚骨なのでよくあるタイプなのですが丁寧に作られているので美味しいつけ麺です。割スープは各席に置かれています。ラーメンとつけ麺は食べた事があるので次回には未食のメニューもいただいてみたいと思います。
It is a ramen shop that used to be a former futon shop in the place where there used to be a little arcade in front of Shin-Otsuka station. It has been going on for quite a long time, and I had visited it several times at the beginning of the opening, but recently I visited the restaurant on the night of September 15th for the first time in a few years and received Tsukemen size ¥ 830. It's a common type because it's seafood and pork bones, but it's a delicious tsukemen because it's carefully made. Wari soup is placed in each seat. I have eaten ramen and tsukemen, so next time I would like to have an uneaten menu.

大塚で用事を終え、次の目的地に向かう途中、新大塚駅を利用の為、付近で『良さげなラーメン屋さん無いかな…』と探した結果、入店となりました。
平日木曜の 13:00 頃の利用で、席は満席→８割を推移。
地元の人や勤め人に支持されているようです。
自分は、味玉の濃厚魚介豚骨ラーメンに、トッピングで、ネギとシナチクを足しました。
両方、100円程度ですが、小皿に山盛りで提供され、香味野菜とシナチク大好きな自分は『大歓喜』。
ラーメンスープがかなりしっかりしているので、具が足されても味が変に薄くならないし、シナチクが普通に美味かったです。

After finishing my business in Otsuka, on the way to my next destination, I used Shin-Otsuka Station, so I searched for "Is there a good ramen shop ..." and entered the store.
The seats are full → 80% when used around 13:00 on weekdays and Thursdays.
It seems to be supported by locals and workers.
I added green onions and sardines to the rich seafood tonkotsu ramen of Ajitama with toppings.
Both are about 100 yen, but they are served in a heap on a small plate, and I love flavored vegetables and cinnamon.
The ramen soup was fairly solid, so the taste did not change strangely even if the ingredients were added, and the synachik was usually delicious.
