家系が食べたいときはここしかないですが、行くたびに何かが変わっています。家系ラーメンを極めてほしいですが、メニューが多角化しすぎてどれも凡庸。店員さんも中国系の人が増えすぎ。
This is the only place I want to eat when my family wants to eat, but something changes every time I go. I really want Iekei Ramen, but the menu is too diversified and all are mediocre. The number of clerk is too Chinese.

ランチで訪問 えび豚骨つけ麺を注文 つけ麺は熱盛りと冷盛り選べます。 めちゃくちゃタレが海老の香りが凄い。 そこまでしつこくなく、麺は太麺で小麦の味がする。 ここってつけダレもオカワリできちゃうから凄いと思う まぁ味濃すぎるくらいなんでオカワリしませんでしたが。 店内はカウンターにテーブル席が4つ。 チャーシュー、煮玉子、海苔、メンマが別皿で好きなタイミングで食べれるのもポイント高いです。

I think it's amazing because you can get rid of it here Well, I didn't get sick because it tasted too strong. There are 4 table seats at the counter inside the store. It is also a high point that you can eat char siu, boiled egg, seaweed, and menma on a separate plate at your favorite timing.

リニューアル前の方が酒類がお得でした。 正月三日の遅めのランチで伺いました。前回北海道味噌ラーメンを食べたので今回は辛味噌ラーメンにしました。1ヶ月以上前であまり覚えてないですが北海道の方は別に北海道感はなく豚骨味噌ラーメンで、辛味噌も豚骨味噌の辛い物ですね。辛味噌の方はメンマが無いですが概ね一緒な感じです。ご飯が食べ放題なのでそれを求めている時にまた伺います。 通し営業所なので午後の遅い時間にランチになってしまった時にもアリですね。昔ながらの中華そばをいただきました。リニューアル前にも中華そばは有りましたが食べた事はなかったので。まあ悪くはないのですが、此方のなんちゃって家系同様に近年よくある昔ながらブラッシュアップのなんちゃってですね。炙りチャーシューは二枚ですが他はメンマと薬味葱のみで家系と同じ値段は微妙なところです。無限ライスの割にはライスの質は悪くないのでご飯をガッツリ食べたい時に行くお店です。 京紫灯花繚乱監修担々麺をいただきました。京紫灯花繚乱というお店に行った事がないので再現性は判りません。具材に小松菜とかチンゲン菜なんかが欲しいところです。炸醤とナッツ片と葱だけでは少し寂しく感じます。 9月20日敬老の日の遅めのランチで久しぶりに伺ってつけ麺山盛¥880をいただきました。つけ麺はリニューアル前以来です。よくあるタイプのドロッとしたつけ麺ですがつけタレのおかわりが出来るのは良心的です。 正月三日に営業していたのでえび味噌ラーメン¥830をいただきました。具材はチャーシュー二枚と味玉半分とネギでシンプルですが、えび塩よりもえび味噌の方が好みです。 1月24日に昼食を摂れずに夕方になって伺って家系の醤油チャーシュー¥990をいただきました。通常一枚のチャーシューが四枚になります。チャーシューだけでもご飯一杯は行けますね。

I haven't been to a shop called Kyoshiro Lantern Ryoran, so I don't know the reproducibility. I would like to have komatsuna or bok choy as ingredients. I feel a little lonely with only Zhajiangmian, nut pieces and green onions. On September 20th, I visited Tsukemen Yamamori for ¥ 880 for the first time in a long time at a late lunch on Respect for the Aged Day. Tsukemen has been around since before the renewal. It's a common type of tsukemen, but it's conscientious that you can replace it with sauce. Since it was open on the 3rd of New Year, I received shrimp miso ramen ¥ 830. The ingredients are simple with two char siu, half a taste ball and green onion, but I prefer shrimp miso to shrimp salt. On January 24th, I couldn't have lunch and visited in the evening and had a family soy sauce char siu ¥ 990. Usually, one char siu is four. You can go for a cup of rice with just char siu.

海老の風味が広がるスープは流石です。 振り切ったラーメン。好き嫌いは分かれるの覚悟で海老を出す為に努力した結晶。 麺も、同じ方向を向いて出して下さり、綺麗。 一杯のラーメンに、丁寧さ、直向きさを込めているお店の姿勢を感じます。 麺は普通に美味しい。 スープに絡んで、ツルツルとした白麺。 スープ、麺、具材バランスよし。 店内もそこそこ綺麗、女性も好きな味だと思う。 海老だし、他とは一味違うから、楽しめる味。 ただ…食べ進めると、薄まるインパクト…。 海老がもう1パンチくらい、後から追いかけてきたら5だなー。 海老味噌とか?後から追加出来る様に、別皿で出したらどうかな。 とすると、つけ麺は美味しいのかも? 次回はつけ麺にしてみます!

Why don't you put it out on a separate plate so that you can add it later? Then, is Tsukemen delicious? Next time I'll try Tsukemen!

There are a lot of really good choices to get your ramen fill around shin Otsuka. This is not one of them. I ordered the spicy tsukemen special, gyoza and a beer. The tsukemen gravy... source... (what should I call it?) is quite sickly and sweet without much depth of flavour. The noodles on the other hand are good with a nice bounce. The gyoza however are some of the worst I've had in Tokyo, and that's including the ones that I've made by myself. The staff are nice enough but they are obviously just working part time and aren't as invested as some of the people working in their own businesses in Ramen restaurants close by. Having said that, they have some pretty good beer set choices so if you just want a quick beer and snack, it might not be a bad shout.
