★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道9号線の京都亀岡から京都市内方面に走行すると現れる普通のトンネルですが脇にもう１つトンネルがありそれは歩行者と自転車専用のトンネルなんですが、当然ですが峠道にあるトンネルなので入り口と出口付近はそれなりの木がはえていてなかなかの雰囲気をかもし出しています。車用のトンネルは普通なのでもう１つの歩行者用のトンネルを違う楽しみ方でオススメします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ただ単に旧トンネルを歩道にしただけの場所です。自転車の人くらいしか用が無いでしょう。亀岡側からなら楽に行けますが、京都市内側からだと車道横断の必要があり注意が必要です。
中は明かりもついてて出入口の採光も良くかなり明るいトンネルです。
ここで何か出るならどこのトンネルでも出ると思うけど…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車乗りには安全で嬉しい、自動車と完全分離のトンネル。
まあ、9号線自体が路肩狭く交通量激しいので自転車で走るには不向きな道なんですがね…。
先日ロードバイクで亀岡から京都市内へ抜けてみましたが、スレスレで走り抜けてくる車やトラックが怖くて、二度と走りたくないと思いました。
車側からも迷惑でしょう。
迂回路は近隣の山越えルートしかないので、安全な坂道走るか、怖くてもこちらを走るか思案どころです。
その9号線で唯一安心して走れるのがこのトンネルです。まあ抜けた後はどちら向きも下りなので、ここまで辿り着ければなんとかなる…て場所でしょうか。
