★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「蔵屋 紙屋町店」で食事しました。お好み焼き・鉄板料理と広島地酒を楽しめる店との事で行きました。普通のお好み焼きと違い、「酒蔵」をイメージした風情ある店舗とお洒落な雰囲気。個室もあり大事な人との食事など使い勝手が良さそうです。料理も美味しく、広島のお酒も飲み過ぎました。
 I ate at "Kuraya Kamiyacho". I went to a restaurant where you can enjoy okonomiyaki / iron plate dishes and Hiroshima local sake. Unlike ordinary okonomiyaki, it has a tasteful store and a stylish atmosphere with the image of a "brewery". There is also a private room, so it seems to be easy to use, such as dining with important people. The food was delicious and I drank too much sake from Hiroshima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2週間ほど前に広島に出張に行った際に初めて入ったお店です。
他のお好み焼き屋に比較するとちょっと綺麗な感じで、お好み焼き屋というよりはちょっとレベルの高い居酒屋のような佇まいのお店でした。
まだ時期が早かったようで牡蠣が無かったのが残念でしたが、おつまみの類の鉄板料理もお好み焼きも美味しくて満足出来ました。
店内も鉄板も綺麗にメンテナンスされており、しっかりと教育もされている印象で、今後も安心して通える店になりそうです。
当方はANAクラウンプラザホテルに宿泊しておりましたが、徒歩で10分少々の距離でした。
また牡蠣の時期になったら行ってみたいと思います。
This is the first shop I entered when I went on a business trip to Hiroshima about two weeks ago.
Compared to other okonomiyaki restaurants, it was a little more beautiful, and it looked more like an izakaya than an okonomiyaki restaurant.
It was a pity that it was too early and there were no oysters, but I was satisfied with the delicious iron plate dishes and okonomiyaki.
The inside of the store and the iron plate are well maintained, and the impression is that they are well educated, so it seems that the store will continue to be safe to visit.
We were staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel, but it was a little 10 minutes on foot.
I would like to go there again when it's time for oysters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣に複数店舗があり、単なるチェーン店と思いきや、その味はナカナカのもの。特にこの紙屋町店は、活気あふれる名店と言えるレベルです。
とにかく、広島焼きは勿論だが、他アラカルトも凄く美味しい。
個人的には、大きく厚い鉄板が要だと感じました。
素材を活かした手速い調理技術もお見事で、見ていて気持ちよく、圧巻のレベルです。
お酒の種類も豊富なので、大人の酒宴向きではありますが、広島の鉄板焼を、その調理技術含めて楽しむなら、中学生以上位であれば、是非子供連れで。
There are multiple stores in the neighborhood, and I think it's just a chain store, but the taste is that of Nakanaka. In particular, this Kamiyacho store is at a level that can be said to be a vibrant and well-known store.
Anyway, not only Hiroshima-yaki but also other a la carte are very delicious.
Personally, I felt that a large and thick iron plate was necessary.
The quick cooking technique that makes the best use of the ingredients is also wonderful, and it feels good to see, and it is a masterpiece level.
There are many types of sake, so it is suitable for adult banquets, but if you want to enjoy Hiroshima's teppanyaki, including its cooking techniques, if you are a junior high school student or older, please bring your children.
