The okonomiyakis seemed to be the locals' favorite, and they looked massive, but as I'd hit up Okonomi-mura only the previous night, I was keen to try something else on the iron griddle. Pork and onion, oysters in butter, steak with rice, omelette and a serve of octopus tempura - all awesome, cooked right there in front of you - there's no hiding, no shortcuts here. Fresh, and served hot - yum.
