麺は中太ちぢれ麺で喜多方ラーメンらしくもっちりした感じ。
スープも出汁がきつくなく、いい感じです。750円で美味しかったですよ。
Miso ramen is usually enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 街中からチョット離れたとこにある店は昔ながらの食堂っていう感じの雰囲気。
以前には醤油ラーメンを食べた事があったんで、今日はネギ味噌ラーメンを頼んでみました。
もともと味噌ラーメンは野菜たっぷりなのか、そこにびっくりする程の山盛りのネギが載っています！ スープは野菜の甘さなのか少し甘めの優しい味ですね。麺は太めのちぢれ麺で、柔らかめの茹で加減です。
茹で野菜がたっぷりで食べでも食べでも減らない感じでした。
ここはラーメンに限らずご飯物もボリュームたっぷりで旨い。ずっと前に出前したカレーライスも大皿にあふれる位だったよなぁ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日中線の枝垂れ桜を見学に来た際、コチラで昼食をいただきました。
1階はテーブルに小上がり席があり、2階もありますが未確認。
お昼時はどんどんとお客様が来店します。
メニューは「手打ちラーメン 700円」をオーダー。
元気いっぱいのお姉さんから提供されたのはノスタルジックな麺顔で喜多方ラーメンらしい一杯。
動物系の出汁に円やかな醤油ダレが優しい。
他の具材はチャーシュー2枚、メンマ、ワカメ、ナルト、刻みネギなどが載ります。
しかし、この穏やかな麺顔からは想像出来ない極太のビロビロ麺が顔を出す。
割り箸よりも太いうねりのある極太麺。
加水は高めでモッチリとした食感に強いコシ。
この麺はめっちゃ美味しいですね。
もちろんスープの絡みは抜群で喉越しも最高でした。
次に訪問する機会があればまた「手打ちラーメン」をいただきたいと思います。

This noodle is really delicious.
Of course, the entanglement of the soup was outstanding and the throat was the best.
If I have a chance to visit next time, I would like to have "handmade ramen" again.

ラーメンはもちろんのこと、カツもラーメンの麺で作るナポリタンも大変美味しいです。
ガツンと系の量なので少食の方はご注意ください。
ミニカツ丼もミニとは言えないサイズですが美味しいのでセットでオススメいたします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せせらぎ食堂のラーメン、ナポリタン、チャーハン、美味しかったです。ラーメンのスープは鶏ガラベースで、ショウガを感じる優しいスープです。豚骨は感じません。麺は朝日屋さん特注の太麺で、朝日屋さん特有のツルツル感を感じつつも食べ応えのあるとてもおいしい麺です。チャーシューは噛み応えを残しつつ、肉の旨味を堪能できます。チャーシューは比較的薄めにカットされますが、部所によっては極厚カットになる場合もあります。チャーハンはやや薄めの味付けでシットリ系ですが、ラーメンの味を引き立てる絶妙な味付けです。ここは普通のラーメンも絶品ですが、私はナポリタンも大好きです。麺はパスタではなく、ラーメン用の中太麺を使用しています。それ以外の具材は、玉ねぎ、ピーマン、豚肉、ハムでまとめています。粉チーズとタバスコソースもついてきます。一階の席が満席でも、二階でのんびりと食事ができます。ちなみに、ナポリタンの麺の量は普通に注文しても大盛以上のボリュームです。なお、１階のテーブルの椅子はパイプ椅子なので、趣も格別です。おすすめです。

The fried rice is slightly lightly seasoned and is a sizzling type, but it is an exquisite seasoning that enhances the taste of ramen. Ordinary ramen is excellent here, but I also love Napolitan. The noodles are not pasta, but medium-thick noodles for ramen. Other ingredients are onions, peppers, pork, and ham. Grated cheese and Tabasco sauce are also included. Even if the seats on the first floor are full, you can enjoy a relaxing meal on the second floor. By the way, the amount of Napolitan noodles is more than a large serving even if you order it normally. The chairs on the table on the first floor are pipe chairs, so the taste is exceptional. it's recommended.
