当日行っても３０分経っても返金されないので帰ってきました。
事前に電話で返金を申込んで行かないと、
返金担当者がいないから出来ないかもしれない。
じゃ振込でといっても電話確認の返答に15分は掛かります。
それで返金できますがお時間が掛かりますとか言います。
（営業所内3人おばちゃん・1人おっさん）
客自分だけで待ってる人など他にいません。
そしてたった回数券2枚使ったから計算が複雑といつまでたっても返金しない、人を待たせたので30分以上掛かるのがわかり帰って来ました。
使った2枚分割引前正規運賃払うから、手数料引いてさっさと返金しろといいたい。
こことは正直関わりたくない。
窓口の簡単な返金手続きに30分以上掛かる
他の会社でそんなバカな事聞いたことないし最悪。
次暇なとき行くにしても消費税上がって返金手数料も上がるんだろう
今日わざわざ窓口まで行って時間の無駄本当に最悪な会社でした。
そんな返金が複雑ならホームページに事前に告知するべき
今度は事前連絡してから行くから、タイマーで10分以内に返金してくれないなら、警察呼んだ方がいいです。たぶん今日黙って待ってたら1時間は掛かってたのではないでしょうか？
以上の点から、この会社の回数券は買うことはオススメしません。
