ドブに落として背面が割れて充電すらできなくなり、他の店では30,000円+2週間のコストがかかったのですが、ここでは5,500円と30分で修理していただけました。
データや基盤、充電のことなど、修理に関連して気になる専門分野について全くわからないことも詳しくしかも分かりやすく説明していただき、本当に満足できました。
修理についてだけではなく、ケースやイヤホンなどの商品の種類や価格についても充実していました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行く方は自己責任でお願いします。他の方も書かれていますが、若い男の店員は作業ミス、故障が多いようです。
バッテリーを交換して貰ったのですが、交換作業の際に音量ボタンが潰れてしまいました。
その旨を伝えましたが、保証外なので別途費用がかかるとの事。（そもそも修理時に保証書を頂けませんでした）
バッテリー交換は8500円でしたが、その修理をするのに1万円以上かかると言われ、壊された挙句にバッテリー交換代以上を請求されたので思わずギャグか？と思ってしまいました。
修理はちゃんと正規のお店でやって貰うのが安心です。
壊れても保証してもらえませんし、顧客側は泣き寝入りするしかありません。いい勉強になりました。
