★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t trust this man. I went here to get my iPhone X display and battery replaced. He completely ruined my phone and didn’t tell me he just ripped of the cables inside. After 3 days the cameras both weren’t working and I had to get another very expensive repair. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, only took one hour. I got the screen and phone replaced for about 130USD, looks brand new and everything works. There is a 3 month period after repair where if it stops working you can bring it back and they will fix it for free. You can also get about 8USD discount for doing various reviews and liking them online. Very satisfied, ありがとう、お疲れ様でした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent iphone repair experience! I was visiting Kyoto when my iPhone screen which was already cracked, would not turn on after I got caught in heavy rain while hiking. I was staying next to Kyoto train station and looked up iPlus, an iPhone repair shop in a shopping mall next to the station. After checking the iPhone the manager informed me the phone was wet inside which resulted in the screen, battery and front camera not working. As it was an old iPhone 6 model, he gave me two options to consider, 1) lower repair cost by using second-hand parts if I was planning to replace the phone soon, or 2) repair with new parts. I appreciated their honesty by informing me of my options, as I was going to replace my iPhone soon and just needed it to work then and for a short period thereafter until I got my new phone, which saved me repair cost. They did an excellent job, quoted very reasonable prices, charged exactly what they said, and offered an after-service warranty. They also have a shop downtown in the Shijo area. Trustworthy, reliable and honest service.
