結論から言うと、ものすごく親切でした。申告した症状だけでなく、ハードウェアに別の問題が潜んでいないかも診ていただいて、質問にも全て分かりやすく丁寧に答えて下さりました。言うまでもなく、感じ悪いなんて微塵も思いませんでした。
精密機器の修理も人でいうクリニックみたいなものなので、受付してから引き取りまでにある程度時間がかかるのも普通だし、予約が優先されるのも至極当然のことです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneの設定→バッテリーからバッテリーの交換で予約。来店してiPhoneの状態を確認したり同意書を書いたりした後、バッテリーがきれていて交換できない旨を告げられました。在庫がかかえられないため仕方ないとの事…違う店舗に行くよう促されて、予約の意味は？と腹が立って仕方ないです。二度と利用しません。本来なら事前予約の際に確保、あるいは来店日に在庫のない可能性を知らせるべきで交通費やスケジュール調整の賠償を訴えたいくらいです！

1人は男性、1人は女性の方です。
男性の方は非常に丁寧に説明、改善方法を提案してくれました。もう1人の女性の方は話し方、態度などナメてんのか！という態度でした。
またすぐに子供がお世話になるのですが、その店員さんが休んでくれていればと思ってます。ちょくちょくApple京都の空き状況を見てキャンセル出ていればそちらに変更したいと思います。
随分前の投稿にあったように、ちゃんと教育されているApple京都が近くにありますから、そちらをお勧めします

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バッテリー交換で利用。受付時「iPhoneを探す」のオフを確認し、指示された通りにSUICAを削除。同意文書記入。保護フィルムは剥がす必要があるとのことで貼り替えも依頼。1時間足らずで作業終了。受取時に「iPhoneを探す」をオンにしてSUICA再登録を指示された通り行い、支払い。バッテリー最大容量は100%に回復。iPhoneを完全に初期化する必要はなかった。念のためiCloudにバックアップはしておいたが。
