★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean restaurant. Situated on the second floor of a building facing Otsuk station it's conveniently located. The entrance is not really apparent but there is an elevator. English menu is available and it's easy too piece together your order.

Food-wise is ordinary (in my opinion anyway). Reasonably-priced and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this restaurant a few times and I was really impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Their fishes are fresh and the prices are great. Sometimes it can get crowded during the evening but they are fast to serve you. You place your order on a touch screen tablet that is sitting on each table. The menu is also in English and I had no trouble understanding it. Would recommend it to anyone since they have a variety of meals to try.
