当方アレルギーがあったので、質問をしました。
「セットを頼みたいのですが、アレルギーがあるので内容を教えていただけますか？」
すると不機嫌になり……
「つべこべ言うんなら、そこの常行けばいいよ。うちはこれだけ安くしてんのに、やってらんないよ」
別に差し替えできないんならアラカルトで食うし、サービスのセットだから出来ないのならば、よくあることなのでそう言えばいい。
なんか問答無用で会話にならなさそうなので、退出しました。
これを頑固職人と言う言い方をしたければすればいいんだけれど、勝負するなら味でして欲しい。
こういう言い方はしたくはないんだけれど、美味い寿司屋はいくらでもあるし、大塚界隈にも何店舗も美味い寿司屋はある。
ここが美味しいかどうか……、そもそも食べさせていただけなかったので皆目検討が付かないが、もう行く事はないだろうから二度と行かないという評価にせざる終えないです。
味で勝負するのならサービスセットなんかやめればいい。大塚のもっと奥地の見つけにくい場所にはサービス価格一切なしで勝負している店が食べログで上位にありますよ。

ランチは、800円で握りも食べられるのでお得。量は多くないですが、まあ味も悪くはないので！
ただし、ちょっと店が不潔‥。そして、お手拭きがビチャビチャ。。。
とってももったいないな、って感じです！

１３時ごろ入店。
その時はお客さん1人······かと思ったら ご主人でした。
営業中なのですが、カウンターでご飯を食べてたみたいです。
店内を見回すと······、ちょっと飲食店の衛生環境ではないと思います。
写真のようにお座敷は私物などで山盛りで人は座れない状態。
この段階で出ようか迷いましたが、せっかくなので食べていくことに。
ランチ握り850円。
板場も見えるのですが、まな板の色、奥のコンロなど ちょっと色とか酷いなぁーと。
最初にマグロ2貫。
なにげに本マグロ！？
酸味もほどよく美味しいが、シャリの粘り気が強く、固めに握っているのでバランスが悪い。
その後、タマゴ、カッパ、エビ、白身、薄切りのホタテ、イクラ(少量)。
唯一エビは甘味がしっかりあり良かった。
江戸前を歌っているが 特に仕事をしたネタはなかった。
まぁ、値段からして仕方ない。
お味噌汁は出汁も味噌も薄く、ワカメはどろどろ。
大将の人柄は良かったが、再訪は無い。
