有給休暇で平日昼に1人で酒を飲みに行き、おまかせ握り2,100円と生ビール、冷酒で計4,000円弱。
小学校が春休みだからか、可愛らしいお手伝いさんたちもいて、とても癒された。
店は広くは無く、雰囲気の良い理想の個人経営の寿司屋というところ。
来店者も多いが、片付けなどテキパキしていて、混んでいてものれんをくぐった客への配慮があった。サラリーマンや家族連れがいたが、1人酒飲みも居心地が良かった。
酒も寿司も美味かった。
特にお通しのホタルイカは、臭みが全く無く、寿司への期待を膨らませた。
コロナ禍で昼営業を断念している寿司屋も少なくないと思うが、これほど居心地、味ともに良い店は、客から選ばれるのだと思った。
また行きたい。

I want to go again.

店はカウンターと小上がりが有ります。少々手狭ですね。人気店なのか、混んでいました。
頼んだのは《にぎり一人前半》1000円です。お吸い物が付きます。
ネタの鮮度や質はランチとしては中々。握りの技術も先に入った店より上で、しっかりと握られていました。巻物もちゃんと巻かれています。
玉子も店で焼いていると思います。上品な甘さでした。
ただ、シャリが私には酸味がややキツい様に感じます。あまり酸味がキツいと、ネタの味を損なう様に思えるんですよね。米の質もあまり良くない様に思えます。パサつく感じがしました。
お吸い物はアラが入っていましたが、アラの出汁はあまり感じませんでしたね。普通でした。
値段を考えたら充分ですが、シャリが私には合いませんね。

However, it feels a little bit sour to me. If the acidity is too strong, it seems that the taste of the material is spoiled. It seems that the quality of rice is not so good. I felt dry.
There was ara in the soup, but I didn't really feel the broth of ara. It was normal.
It's enough considering the price, but the shari doesn't suit me.

大将をはじめ、スタッフのみなさんもとても優しく、大好きなお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy place and delicious sushi -- though with slightly more wasabi than usual (which was a bonus in my point of view!). Lunch was very reasonably priced and the quality of fish was good. English menus were also available! Owners were very friendly as well :) We will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very clean, well managed restaurant with good value for money. The sushi set was 1000 yen and the sushi rice bowl was 800 yen and both were decent quality, both included a soup. The shop staff were kind and service was fast. I have to also mention the nihonshu water fountain in the fish tank which made me laugh. Over all a very good place!
