注文のやり方は、大将に聞かれるまで待ちましょう。先に言っちゃうと、ちょっと待って！ってたまに言われます(笑)
中華そばは、味が味噌、醤油、塩とあるので味をいいます。
輪切りレモンをトッピングするか聞かれるので答えます。もちろん無料です。
味噌に関しては豆板醤を入れるかどうか聞かれるのでお好みで。
自分は冬は味噌、その他は醤油って感じで頼みます。味は岡山の中でいいと思います。
最近大将の体調不良でたまに閉まっています。大将も痩せてきて大丈夫かな？とも…
この間話したときに、お客さんに味教えてください！継ぎます！と言われたらしいけど、断ったみたい…
好きなお店なので、無理しない程度に頑張ってほしいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は寒かったので味噌ラーメンをいただきました。塩、醤油、味噌と選べるみたいです。小鉢でキムチがつきます。麺は多めで1杯でも満足できます。チャーシューは炙ってるので香ばしくて美味しいです。最初に味噌ラーメン頼むとコチュジャンを入れるか聞かれます。仕上がり前にスライスレモンを入れるか聞かれますがどちらも入れませんでした。今度は入れようと思います。

が、食べ始めてすぐラーメンの中にまぁまぁな大きさの虫が入っていて私は言えないタイプなので旦那が伝えると、虫抜いたら大丈夫だよね？と言われすごく腹が立ちました。
旦那がいやいや、それはないわ〜と言うと
渋々作り直してくれましたが気持ち悪過ぎて食べれませんでした。
謝罪もなく態度も悪く、二度と行くことはないです。
投稿するのに★を1つでもつけないと出来ないのが悔しいです。

中華そば屋さんで23年は、いわばもう老舗の域ですよね。(2019年現在)
7年ぶりにお邪魔しました。昔はレモンを入れるかい？と聞いてくれていたのですが、今はデフォルトで1枚のせてくれてます。このレモンがホントに良い仕事するんですよ。
スープは醤油、塩、味噌と3種類から選べます。大将にオススメを聞いたら即答で｢味噌！｣と返ってくるのは7年前と変わりません(笑)
こちらの叉焼がとても美味しかった記憶が鮮明に残ってまして、迷わず叉焼麺をお願いしました。叉焼は1枚1枚丁寧に炙ってくれます。しかしまぁこの厚みとデカさは叉焼というより、ポークステーキですな。美味しかったです～♪
