ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呑んだくれた友人とやって来たのは千日センター街ビルの裏路地にある「豚松」さん、夜営業のお店になります。この路地にはいくつかお店ありますが小西珈琲さん以外は夜だけの営業になっています。年季の入った外観、ラーメン提灯が哀愁を醸し出します。店内はカウンターのみ10席、奥にギューンと伸びる鰻の寝床です。椅子はレトロな形状ですが色んな柄のカバーが縫い付けてあります。メニューはラーメン主体ですが、一品のアテもいくつかありビールを頂きながら〆でラーメンのパターンも多いですね。注文は味噌ラーメン（670円）、待つこと５分少々で着丼です。豚骨醤油ベース？に味噌を加えており塩ッケが強いですね、味噌の香ばしい味わいも加わってインパクトあります。麺は中細で若干の縮れあり、加水率高くデフォで軟らか目、モチっとした食感です。チャーシューはトロトロ且つ濃厚、好みの味わいです。濃い味わいのシナチク・細もやし・コーン・青葱・焼き海苔の脇役もしっかりです。愛嬌ある大将としっかりされた女将さん、千日前の銘店ラーメンを末永く守り続けて欲しいです^^ I came to a friend who had a drink, "Pigmatsu" in the back alley of the Sennica Center Gai Building. W	W O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約３０年ぶりに立ち寄りました。11時頃の訪店でしたが、カウンターだけの細長い小ぢんまりとしたお店なのでなんとか１席だけ空いていて座ることができました。少しとろみのあるスープに麺がよく絡まって、柔らかいチャーシューともやしのしゃきしゃき感が相変わらずの絶妙さでとても旨かったです。若い頃この辺りまで賑わっていましたが、周りはかなり寂しくなっています。しかし、この通りのお店はコロナに負けず元気に営業していました。ここの大将と女将さんも変わらずで安心しました。 I stopped by for the first time in about 30 years.
