★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暮れてから気温が急激に低下、呑んだくれた友人と〆ラーメンにやって来たのは「みなもとや」さん。源八ラーメン 中央町店さんが店名変更されたのを店内の張り紙で知りました。本店は野田にありましたが、一年ほど前に閉店．．．今回の店名変更と関係があるのかも(・・?
呑み屋街にありますので18時から翌3時までの営業、深夜の時間帯になるほど混み合う当店です。大将含めて3人での運営、近隣の出前もされていますので皆さん忙しくされています。
注文はみそラーメン（850円）とぎょうざ（400円）、待つこと７～８分で着丼です。スープは昔ながらの味噌スープ、複雑さは全く無く懐かしい味わいですが見た目より辛さがあるのは不思議です。
麺は中細で弱い縮れ、デフォで少し軟らかいです。チャーシューは肉厚で濃厚なタイプが2枚、これをアテにビールが呑めそうな味わいです。他の具材は炒め玉ねぎ・もやし・わかめ・青ネギ、具沢山でもありました。
餃子は小ぶりなサイズが8個、表面しっかり焼かれてパリパリ食感、大蒜風味は強くなくラーメンの共に最適です^^
“Minamotoya” came to Samurai Ramen with a friend who had drastically cooled down since he was late. I learned from the label on the store that Genpachi Ramen Chuocho was renamed. The main store was in Noda, but closed about a year ago. . . It may be related to this store name change (...?
Because it is in the Kamimiya district, it is open from 18:00 to 3:00 the next day, our shop is so crowded that it is late at night. Everyone is busy because there are 3 people including the general, and the neighborhood.
The order is miso ramen (850 yen) and gyoza (400 yen), and it takes 7-8 minutes to wait. The soup is an old-fashioned miso soup that has no complexity and nostalgic taste, but it is strange that it is hotter than it looks.
The noodles are thin and weakly crimped, and are a little soft by default. There are two thick and rich types of pork soup that makes you feel like giving up beer. Other ingredients were stir-fried onions, bean sprouts, wakame, green onions and a lot of ingredients.
The dumplings are 8 small sizes, the surface is baked firmly and crispy texture, the flavor of the bonito is not strong and is ideal for both ramen and ^^

Although it is not written as recommended on the menu (mystery), salt ramen is one of the best dishes for me. A dish you can't taste anywhere else!
