ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼を食べ損ねた週末金曜日、友人と夕食にやって来たのは表町の昭和中華「姚泉」さん。お昼に通りかかると間違いなく閉業されいると勘違いされるであろう激渋の外観、夜になるとネオン効果か、艶めかしく輝きを増してきます(・∀・) 店内はカウンター席オンリー、テーブル席も一席ありますが餃子の皮を包む作業台になっていました。中華屋さんに多い朱色のカウンター席奥に着き、ラーメン・焼き飯・餃子を注文です。一番先に餃子がやって来ました、薄皮仕様で小ぶりの餃子が12個、一口サイズで具材もシンプル、関東の大きな餃子になれていると物足りなさを感じるかもしれません。焼き飯は家庭的な仕上がり、しっとり系でシンプルな味わい、塩加減が絶妙、おかん焼き飯の中ではかなりレベル高いですね^^ ラーメンは最後に登場、見た目シンプルな中華屋さん仕様です。スープは鶏ガラ系でかなり薄味、麺は細ストレート・加水率低めで若干ぼそっとした食感です。脂のノリが絶妙な小サイズチャーシューは3枚、他の具材はもやし・青葱・海苔になります。スープの薄さで好き嫌い分かれそうですが個人的には加水率低い細麺にあった〆ラーメンに思いました！！今年で創業55年を誇る表町路地裏の昭和中華の姚泉さん、一人呑みもよさ気なお店ですよ！！ On weekends when we missed lunch, we came to dinner with a friend, “Oizumi” in Showa China, Omomachi. The first dumplings came, 12 thin-skinned small dumplings, simple bite size and simple ingredients, you might feel unsatisfactory when you become a large Kanto dumpling. Fried rice has a homely finish, moist and simple taste, exquisite saltiness, and it's quite high among kanbanyaki rice ^^ Ramen appears at the end, and it looks like a simple Chinese restaurant. The soup is chicken chicken and the taste is quite light. The noodles are thin straight and have a low water content. There are 3 small-sized char siu with exquisite fat paste, and the other ingredients are bean sprouts, green crab and nori. Although it seems to like and dislike the thinness of the soup, I personally thought that it was a ramen noodle that was in thin noodles with low water content! ! This year's 55-year-old Omotehmachi alley, Showa-Chinese Yusen, is a friendly restaurant! !

I	I T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店は一見して潰れてるような雰囲気でした。店内で年配の女性に確認しても明確な返事もなく、入り口右側で餃子を包んでた女の人の反応から営業してるんだなと理解して着席。ビールと唐揚げ、餃子を注文。ビール注文の時に年配の女性が聞き取れないくらいの小声で何か言ったようですが聞き取れないのでスルー。その後、遅れてツレが入店すると年配の女性はあからさまに嫌そうな顔。んー、何もアカンことしてないのになぁ、感じ悪いなぁ…と思いながら待ってると餃子が運ばれてきました。見た目は中の具材が透ける位の薄皮、パリパリ。味はまぁ、普通。ここでビールを追加。するととまた聞き取れない小声でボソボソ。何？何か文句言ってる？？?こっちはビール頼んでるだけやで(笑) その後、唐揚げが登場。唐揚げとは言うものの手羽元一本を２つに割ってカリカリになるまで揚げた物でした…結果として手羽元二本でで560円。良い経験しました。二度と行きません(笑) At first glance, the store looked like a crushed atmosphere. Are you complaining? ? ? This is just a beer order (laughs) Then fried chicken appeared. Although it is called fried chicken, it was a fried chicken that was fried until it became crunchy in two. As a result, it was 560 yen for two chicken wings. I had a good experience. I won't go again (laughs)
