ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呑んだくれた友人と中央町の伴さんにやって来ました、飲み屋街に位置しますので営業は19時からになっています。こじんまりした外観ですが周りが暗いので浮き上がった様な存在感があります。店内はカウンター席オンリー、席間は狭いので満席になると窮屈な感じは否めません。スタッフさんは二人、役割分担がきちんと出来ており狭い厨房内で効率的に作業されます^^ 注文は中華そば（700円）と餃子（400円）、待つこと６~７分で着丼です。スープは豚骨醤油、白濁感があり豚骨が勝った味わい、たっぷりの量、岡山ラーメン特有の甘みは少ないです。麺は中細ストレート・デフォで若干軟らか目、チャーシューは軟らかく薄いものが２枚、脂ののりは良く好みです。他の具材はメンマと青ネギです。アルコール入っていますので通常の味覚と違っていますが、かなりあっさりに感じました！餃子はしっかり焦げ目のついた小サイズが８個、岡山市内でよく見掛けるシナっとした仕上がり、具材の量が少ないのも西日本特有ですね。ラーメンを啜りながら頂く餃子は美味しいです(^^) I came to a friend who had a drink and attended a friend in Chuo Town. The staff are two people, the role division is done properly and you can work efficiently in a small kitchen ^^ Orders are Chinese soba (700 yen) and dumplings (400 yen), waiting for 6-7 minutes. The soup is pork bone soy sauce, it has a cloudy taste, the taste that pork bone has won, plenty, and the unique sweetness of Okayama ramen. Noodles are medium thin straight defo and slightly soft, and pork is soft and thin. Other ingredients are menma and green onions. It is different from normal taste because it contains alcohol, but it felt quite light! The dumplings are 8 small sizes with a firm burnt, a crisp finish often found in Okayama city, and the amount of ingredients is also unique to West Japan. The dumplings you get while ramen is delicious (* ^^ *)

二	二礼二拍手 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山出張の際にふと目に入ったのでなんの情報もなく入店しました。岡山のラーメンは塩辛い気がしてあまり好みではないのですが、ここはバランスが良くとても美味しくいただけました♪( ´▽｀) 餃子もなかなか美味しかったです、瓶ビールとともにいただきました? また食べたいなあと思わせる味でした、ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m I suddenly saw it when I was on a business trip to Okayama, so I entered the store without any information. I don't really like Okayama ramen because it feels salty, but it was well-balanced and very delicious ♪ (´ ▽ ｀) The dumplings were also delicious, I had them with a bottle of beer ? 古	古庄屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そば伴中央町店さん MICHELIN プレート獲得されたみたいですね。中華そば＋たまごいり、ビールを注文。直後に来店した人が麺硬めで注文していて、なるほどラーメンが出てくるとデフォルトは少し柔らか目に茹でてありますね。中央町の飲み屋街で深夜営業しているお店なのでスープは塩味が強いです。お酒を一杯飲んだ後のラーメンはこれくらいの方が美味しいですね。トッピングの玉子も煮玉子ではなく、期待どおりにゆで玉子を輪切りにしてトッピングしてくれていて昔からある岡山の中華そばの玉子で、懐かしかったですね。中央町・柳町あたりでお酒を飲む機会があったらまた食べに来たいですね。 Chinese soba companion Chuomachi store It seems that the MICHELIN plate was won. If I have a chance to drink alcohol around Chuo-cho / Yanagi-cho, I would like to come back to eat.
