特別公開では撮影不可だが、不定期の公開時には撮影全面okとなる
外観以上に境内は広く、回廊から拝める庭園はとても美しい
本堂前面の枯山水庭園も趣きがあるほか、本堂横の庫裏のおくどさんも豪勢
特別公開は京都市文化財公開のhpで確認できるが、不定期公開は情報が少ないためsnsか？足繁く通ってみるか？
撮影okの公開に出会えたらラッキーである。
 It is normally closed to the public, and is open to the public irregularly in addition to seasonal special releases.
It is not possible to shoot at special release, but it will be ok for shooting at irregular release
The precincts are wider than the exterior, and the garden that can be worshiped from the corridor is very beautiful.
The dry garden in front of the main hall is also quaint, and the Okudo in the back of the warehouse next to the main hall is also a lot of people.
You can check the special release on the hp of Kyoto City Cultural Properties, but is it sns because there is little information on the irregular release? Would you like to go there often?
I would be lucky if I could meet the public release of shooting ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were almost deterred by the price, at 800 yen per person to see only one of the buildings and zen gardens out of 3 or so, but I’m so glad we sucked it up and paid the money. You could literally feel the calming and ancient energy of this place, my skin was tingling with goose bumps and we felt so at peace wandering quietly around admiring the architecture and gorgeous gardens. I would have loved to have sat and meditated however it was a very brisk Autumn day in Kyoto and a little too cold to sit quietly for too long. We weren’t allowed to take any photos but you’re not even thinking about your phone during your wander through. I felt incredibly refreshed and recharged after our visit here and would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has KARE-SAN-SUI garden. But, this is not only the rock garden, the rock & moss garden. In autumn, it is very beautiful the rock and moss garden with falling japanese maple leaves. Normally you cannot enter here, you can see this garden only in spring and autumn during special opening days. Finally, it is not permitted to take a picture, so imprint this scenery in your memory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this is one of the nicest Temples in Kyoto. Definately dont miss it. The entrance fee is 500yen and you have to enter without your shoes. There are also some koi fish and of course a zen garden. Magical
