★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都から離れてから大徳寺納豆とやらを知り、ずっと買いたかったがコロナで動けず。
ようやく帰省して平日夕方に車で突撃。駐車場は大徳寺に停めないとないのかなぁ。
先客無し。店員さんも無し。『すんませ～ん』の一言で奥から来てくれた。
少し話して一粒試食を頂きました。そんなに味は濃くないのか…と思いきや噛んで解れて溶けていくと…うむ…滋味深い。
土産兼実家で少し食べるので大きめをセレクト。じゃこもお願いしようかとしたが紙に『予約販売』の文字が…。保存料不使用なので予約が必要だそうです。
After I left Kyoto, I learned about Daitokuji Natto and I wanted to buy it for a long time, but I couldn't move in Corona.
I finally returned home and rushed by car on weekday evenings. I wonder if the parking lot must be parked at Daitokuji Temple.
There is no previous customer. There is no clerk. He came from the back with a word of "I'm sorry".
I talked a little and had a tasting. I wondered if the taste was so strong ... and when I chewed it and melted it ... um ... it was delicious.
As a souvenir and eat a little at my parents' house, I chose a large one. I tried to ask Jako, but the word "pre-order sale" was on the paper ... Preservatives are not used, so reservations are required.
