★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒姫高原スノーパークの手前にある蕎麦店。
黒姫に魅せられて関西から移住されたステキなご夫婦が営まれています。
店舗脇のテラス席は広く、ペットもOKです。
お店の前に広がる芝生でも犬を遊ばせていいよとのこと。道路に出ない犬なら放しても…と言われましたが、柵が無いのでリード付けてお散歩しました。
お蕎麦も天丼もとても美味しかったです。

A wonderful couple who were fascinated by Kurohime and immigrated from Kansai are running.
The terrace seats beside the store are large and pets are welcome.
You can let your dog play on the lawn in front of the shop. I was told that if the dog doesn't go out on the road, I can let it go, but since there is no fence, I took a walk with a lead.
Both the soba and the tendon were very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャンプ帰りにテントサイトで仲良くなったご家族に教えて頂き、寄り道しました。
黒姫高原スノーパークのすぐ下に店はあります。山の斜面に建物が建っていてさえぎるものなく野尻湖が見えます。とても眺めがいい。テラス席もあるので晴れた日は外で食べるのも気持ちよさそうですね。
ざるそば、温泉たまご、季節の天ぷらのセットメニュー「信濃の春」がてんぷらが品切れだったので単体の850円を注文。
蕎麦屋さんの天ぷらはあまりはずれがないかな。
蕎麦は細く、白っぽい。硬さも申し分ない。のど越しがいいです。
出てくるまで少々時間がかかりますが、景色をみて飽きないので問題なし。
A family member who became friends at the tent site told me on the way home from the camp and stopped by.
There is a shop right under Kurohime Kogen Snow Park. There are buildings on the slopes of the mountain, and you can see Lake Nojiri without interruption. The view is very good. There are also terrace seats, so it seems comfortable to eat outside on a sunny day.
A set menu of Zaru soba, hot spring eggs and seasonal tempura “Shinano no Haru” was out of stock, so I ordered 850 yen for a single item.
Isn't the tempura of the buckwheat noodle shop too much?
Buckwheat is thin and whitish. Hardness is also perfect. The throat is good.
It takes a while until it comes out, but there is no problem because I don't get tired of seeing the scenery.

良く晴れた夏に訪問しましたが、テラス席から素晴らしい眺望と共に頂く霧下そばは最高でした。惜しむらくは山菜天ぷらが売り切れで頂けなかった事です。来年は早目の時間に訪問して頂きたいです。
You can enjoy thin Sarashina soba noodles.
I visited in a sunny summer, and the Kirishita soba that I got from the terrace seats with a wonderful view was the best. Unfortunately, the wild vegetable tempura was sold out. I hope you will visit next year at an early time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くによれば必ず立ち寄る蕎麦屋さん。黒姫山の幟口にあるお蕎麦屋さん、霧下そばと言ってものすごく好みのお蕎麦です。おつゆも好み、そばもおつゆもお好みでないとなかなか納得できないよね、少ないベエストマッチのお店。ただ、お昼に開店で売り切れ終了のお店だから何回か「終わりました〜」も経験。行くならお昼前からが理想。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野尻湖に来る際は必ずよります。いろいろ他の店も行きましたが、ここが一番だと思います。値段も他より安いです。蕎麦は細めで喉越しが良く、蕎麦つゆはからくもなく甘すぎずちょうどいいかと。テラス席もあるので夏場はとても気持ちいいです。
It depends when you come to Lake Nojiri. I went to various other shops, but I think this is the best. The price is also cheaper than others. The soba is thin and has a good throat, and the soba soup is not too sweet and just right. There are also terrace seats, so it feels great in the summer.

香り高く喉ごしのいい蕎麦に、からりと揚がった天ぷら。
おかみさんの優しさ溢れる接客も素晴らしく、行くたびに感動のあるお店です。

連休に行ったためとても混んでいてかなり待ちましたが、蕎麦は細切りで美味しいです。
あと、てんぷらに抹茶塩がついてきます
