 It's a very fun spot for dog lovers. The dogs running around were also sprinting.

お水が無いので行く時は必須です。
It's a free dog run managed by local volunteers, but it's well maintained.
It is essential when you go because there is no water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料なのに芝生がとても綺麗でした。景色もよく、風が心地よかったです。徒歩県内に犬も(テラスなら)一緒に食事できるところが数ヶ所あって、お散歩も楽しめました。冬にはスキー場になる場所なだけあって、水のみ場などはないので水は沢山用意した方が良いです！
The lawn was very beautiful though it was free. The scenery was good and the wind was comfortable. There are several places in the prefecture where dogs can eat together (on the terrace), and I enjoyed walking. There is only a place to become a ski resort in winter, and there is no water fountain, so it is better to prepare plenty of water!

初日は霧が凄くて、うちのわんずは霧の彼方に消えました（笑）
常連の方も良い人ばかりでした?
It was in very good condition and didn't seem very free ~
The fog was so great on the first day that my dog disappeared beyond the fog (laughs).
The regulars were all good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暑い日でも此処のドッグランは涼しい風が吹いています。日陰は特に気持ちが良いです。景色も最高です。ドッグラン内には水道がないので水分補給の水をあらかじめ多めに持って行くことをおすすめします。近くにはお蕎麦やさんとか食べ物屋さんが数ヶ所ありますよ。信州そばいいですよね。
ICからも近く大きな道の駅や野尻湖も至近で１日中楽しめます。
Even on a hot day, the dog run here has a cool breeze. The shade is especially pleasant. The scenery is also the best. There is no water supply in the dog run, so it is recommended to bring plenty of hydration water in advance. There are several soba restaurants and food shops nearby. Shinshu soba is good, isn't it?
It is close to the IC and you can enjoy the big roadside station and Lake Nojiri all day long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生憎の天候(雨上り)の為に利用を控えましたが、見たところドックランの敷地も広く、天候が回復したら是非とも利用したいと思います。
旅行の最終日に再訪問しましたが、敷地も広く利用料金が無料とは嬉しい限りですね？(笑)
I refrained from using it due to bad weather (after rain), but apparently the site of the dog park is large and I would definitely like to use it when the weather recovers.
I revisited on the last day of the trip, but I'm happy that the site is large and the usage fee is free, isn't it? (Lol)

It is a dog park where you can get out slowly with the best scenery. The locals were also kind and enjoyable. I am looking forward to seeing you again with good manners.
