出石から離れたこちらに。
味は普通とゆうことで。
ごちそうさまでした。

初めて出石そばを食べました。
そばは少し細く平らな麺もありましたが、手打ちらしい素晴らしいお蕎麦でした。
少し高いイメージのあるお蕎麦も、手頃な価格でいただくことができて満足です。
又近くに行く事がありましたら、利用させていただきます。
ごちそうさまでした。

おばちゃんの接客も良く、お勧めのお店。
今日は初めて『肉そば』を頂きました。
少し甘口で、出汁が良く効いてて美味しかった！ いつまでも頑張って欲しい但東町の老舗。

出石蕎麦と言えば、たいてい皿蕎麦だけですが、このお店は他にもメニューがそろっていて、出石蕎麦以外を食べたい人と入っても普通に食事ができるのが良いですね。
出石蕎麦の皿蕎麦の他、皿ウドンってのも惹かれましたが、今回は、皿蕎麦にしました。
この季節、座敷の窓から雪景色を見ながら食べる蕎麦は、とても美味しかった?
田舎蕎麦風な少し濃い色の蕎麦は、甘くない出汁とともにワタクシ好み。
今度は、皿ウドン(皿蕎麦のようにウドンが小分けされてる)を食べたいと思ってます。
