山	山中葉月 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking.comでの予約はお勧めしません。 Booking経由で予約したところ、予約に対してリアクションなし、電話したら、なんでBookingから予約してきたの？と言わんばかりの反応。自分たちがリスティング（在庫）をちゃんと管理していないのに、謝罪もなし、他のホテルを一緒に探してくれるでもなく、連休初日なのに夕方17時ごろから慌てて別のホテルを探すはめになりました。元観光業で働いていた者の推測として、インバウンド向けにBookingを使い始めたけど、コロナでほとんど見るのを忘れてたとかでしょうか。そうであっても、対応、印象もとても悪かったです。 Booking.com is not recommended. 中	中川宏之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車で一人ぶらり越後路の旅… 第二弾は、若かりし頃教員として勤務していた魚沼·十日町方面への二泊三日。清津峡を見学の後の宿として一泊目にお世話になりました。まずは、玄関先でオスのキジトラ猫の”虎てつ”くんがお出迎え、よく懐いていて抱っこしていると気さくな女将さんがお見えになりました。湯治場としてのこの木造の宿は、年季が入っていて昭和初めの趣漂うものでしたが、古いことでお客さんにご不便やご不満を抱かせないようにとの細かな心配りがあり、とても気持ちよく過すことができました。料理は最高、特にノドグロが手に入ったとのことで、刺し身、マリネ、天ぷらと豪勢でした。一品、一品の食材にこだわりをもって調理されていました。しかし、ここの米もうまかった!　子供の声も響くいい意味での生活感溢れる宿でした。（最後の一枚、笑いました!） Traveling alone by car on Echigoji ... M	MT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リズナーブルに加え料理が本当に美味しい、普段魚とかあまり食べませんが美味しくお魚も頂けるお味、量もボリュームたっぷりで本当に儲けあるのかと心配になるほど豪華です。お風呂も緑がかった湯の花が沢山入っており滑りがあり濃厚な温泉です。　雪の日は来るのが大変かもですが、もてなし心がこもっており建物は年季が入ってますが、部屋もこたつにエアコンがあり、囲炉裏の部屋にもファンヒーターやストーブ　全然寒くありません。よくありがちな寒い古い旅館と大違い?　ウエルカムスイーツも美味しく頂きました。また来たいと思います In addition to the resonable food, the food is really delicious. When my girlfriend and I arrived at Yuzawa Station we called the property to confirm that we still had a reservation since they had not replied to any of our messages. Not only did they not have a reservation for us, they also didn't help us with other possible accommodation in Yuzawa. They left us stranded in Yuzawa with no place to stay. Incredibly terrible experience overall.
