入院機能維持をするのであれば、医師１人ではは土日も病院近辺から動けません。つまり、医師に「365日病院から離れるな」と要求しているわけです。
辞退した40の医師にも家族や子どもがいるでしょう、週5日泊まり込みなら週末ぐらいは家族と過ごしたいでしょう。
住民の利便性のために医師の人生を犠牲にしなければならない理由があるでしょうか。
１度経営者は自分の言っていることが一般常識に照らして正当かどうか考えるべきです。 医師の自己犠牲な甘え続けた結果が現在の医師不足です。
