かき氷に使う抹茶みつは、茶筅で練って、かけていて感心しました。あんこも美味いし、トッピングの白玉団子は、売り切れでしたが、「ごめんね〜いっぱい作ったけど、売り切れた」と言って１つ余ったという白玉団子をおまけしてくれました。白玉団子も美味しかった！これは、売り切れて当然です。

お赤飯大福はお赤飯にもう少し塩味があればいいなぁと思いました。
どら焼きはベターだと思います。
店主？のおじさんは良い人そうでした。

出来たてなの!」と頂いたときは、ごめんなさい、、
お店を知りませんでした。
説明書きにあったように、
フライパンで軽く焦げるくらいに焼くと、
香ばしくなり、餡と餅との相性が良くなるのか、
何倍も美味しくなったように感じました!!!
一緒に食べた妻も感激して僕、
「また買いに行ってくるわ!」。
