★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星は3つとしましたが、味は4つ星、その他スタッフの対応等を考慮して実際は3.5くらいの評価です。
初回訪問ということもあり特製油そばW盛り(280g)1000円を注文。ディスプレイ式の券売機なので注文はしやすいと思います。最初に表示されるのがセットメニューになっているのでどれも1300円前後で高く感じますが油そばのタブを開けば麺だけを選べます。ここはお店の意向とはいえ最初から油そばを表示して欲しいところ。
油そばは5分強で着丼。写真の通り油そばの文字が手前に来るように置かれました。店員さん、本当にこれでいいんですか？普通は油そばの文字が読めるように対面になるよう丼ぶりを置くのでは？丼に対する盛り付けの向きとか気にしないのか気になります。後から来た客にも油そばの文字が手間になるよう置いていたので意図的なのか、そこまで意識が高くないだけなのか。。
肝心の味は噂通り美味しい。もちもち食感の麺と醤油の効いたタレがよく合います。途中でニンニクソースで味変が楽しめるのもよかったです。
食べてる最中に味とは関係ないところで、また気になる事が。店内ガラガラでカウンター席もテーブル席も十分空いているにも関わらず店員さんが後から来たお客さんを私の隣の席に案内。コロナが騒がれるこのご時世に4人がけのカウンター席に3人も詰め込みます？他の席空いてますよ。。
味はいいのに店員の対応がいまいちだったのが残念。

Ayu soba arrives in a bowl for just over 5 minutes. As you can see in the picture, the letters of soba noodles were placed in front of you. Clerk, is this really okay? Ordinarily, you should put a bowl on the face so that you can read the letters of oil soba. I'm worried about the orientation of the bowl and whether I don't care. It was intentional because the letters near the oil were placed so that it would be a hassle for the customers who came later, so maybe it's just that they aren't so conscious. ..
The essential taste is delicious as rumored. The chewy noodles and soy sauce sauce go well together. It was also good that you could enjoy the taste change with garlic sauce on the way.
While I'm eating, I'm worried about the place that has nothing to do with the taste. Although the counter seats and table seats are vacant due to the rattle in the store, the clerk guides the customer who came later to the seat next to me. In this time of day when the corona is noisy, do you pack up to 3 people in the counter seating for 4 people? Other seats are available. ..
It's a shame that the sales staff didn't respond well although the taste was good.

早速行ってみた！
新装開店なのでもちろん店内はキレイで、お客様も大入りでした。
特製油そば＆明太子マヨごはん@1,300円
王道の油そば。
お酢とラー油をたっぷり投入して混ぜる、あったかいうちに。油そば発明した人ってすごすぎるよね。
超ジャンク感あるのに、ラーメンよりヘルシーらしい。信じられない。
ということで、うまいです。
明太子マヨごはんも。ぜひ。

池袋マルイ周辺のオフィスの方は徒歩5分圏内で行けるのでおすすめです！熱いうちにラー油と酢を回しかけて混ぜて混ぜて混ぜて、、、もう既に食べたいですね。
オープンしたてでとても綺麗な店内なのでぜひ行ってみてください！！！

平日12時前だったからかかなり空いていました。
油そば並700円＋半熟卵100円を注文。
はじめにラー油と酢を最低2周かけるように案内がありましたが、私はかけすぎてしまったのか少ししょっぱく感じました。半熟卵を割ってちょうど良かったです。
どろ唐辛子とニンニクソースで味変も楽しめるし、相変わらず美味しくて、どんどん食べてしまいました。
特別混んでないし商品も5分くらいで来るので、サクッとランチしたいときに良いです。
This is my visit since the Waseda store more than 10 years ago.
It was quite vacant probably because it was before 12:00 on weekdays.
I ordered 700 yen for abura soba + 100 yen for soft-boiled egg.
At the beginning, I was instructed to sprinkle chili oil and vinegar for at least two laps, but I felt a little salty whether I had sprinkled too much. It was just right to break the soft-boiled egg.
I enjoyed the taste change with mud pepper and garlic sauce, and it was still delicious and I ate more and more.
It's not particularly crowded and the products come in about 5 minutes, so it's good when you want to have a quick lunch.

池袋に発見してから2,3回行きましたが
直近のオペレーションに驚きました。
日曜日の14時で、外国の方が1名でまわしていました。
わたしの前にカップルさんが1組、
わたしの後に20分で満席欠ける位に埋まってしまって、その上デリバリー対応が3件位あって、店員さんはてんてこまいでした。
カップルさんの注文も間違えていたし、
(店員さんに、違いますよね、と指摘してました)
わたしもトッピングを明太子にしたのに、
卵がでてきました。
「卵じゃなく明太子です」と言ったら
「あそっか」と言って回収され、
卵をただとっただけの油そばに明太子をつけられて出されました。
写真、左下の白いのが卵の卵白です。
わたしが卵アレルギーだったらどうしてたのでしょう。。
卵アレルギーじゃないにしても、
不快でした。
味は変わらず美味しいから残念でした。
オペレーションの改善を望みます。
