ふ	ふざけやがって on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊那市では数少ないスタッフが常駐しているジム、25mプールや温泉が有る。プールにはバーデゾーンという水圧でマッサージを行う珍しい設備が有り、水着のまま入れる温泉と裸で入る温泉に分かれている。築20年以上経つので老朽化は見られるが機能に問題は無い。 3階のフィットネスジムにはトレッドミルが20台程、クロストレーナーが6台、エアロバイクが8台有るので有酸素のマシンは充実している。ウェイトトレーニングの設備はLife Fitnessとハンマー・ストレングス製で、パワーラックが2台とベンチプレス台とケーブルマシンが1台ずつの他、基本的なマシンは揃っている。ダンベルは20kgまでとパワーブロックで40kgまで。EZバー等も有る。2018年末にマシンを入れ替えているので比較的新しい。 2019年末に伊那市初の24時間ジムが出来て会員がそちらに流れている為、時間帯にもよるが以前より空いている。会員になり予約を取れば無料で体組成計で身体の状態を見てスタッフと相談してメニューを作ってもらうことやマシンの使い方等の筋トレの正しいやり方を教えてもらえるので初心者にも優しいかと思います。 Ina City has a gym with a few staff, a 25m pool and a hot spring. ユ	ユッキーHR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレベーターに入った瞬間、靴下が濡れました。その為星１つ減らします！替えが有ったので良かったですが… ロッカールームの脱衣所から、温泉で足が濡れたまま入る人がいる為と思われます。エレベーターに乗る際は靴下を脱ぐことをお勧めします。設備は温泉にジムエリア、休憩スペースと半日くらいゆっくり出来る施設で満足です。 The moment I entered the elevator, my socks got wet. No wonder why there are only a few customers and all of the as old as your discriminatory rules. I lost a customer and earned a person who will tell everyone about how bad you are, FOREVER!
