トロロしゃぶしゃぶを食べたくて行きましたが「にっぽん市」という名前の通り日本津々浦々の美味しいものが沢山! 特に気になったお料理いくつか紹介 左のレモンサワーグランプリでは関東ナンバー1に選ばれたそうです!! 安心して皮も食べられるレモンが使われていて 細かく刻まれたレモンの皮にレモンで作ったボール状の氷が入っていて 味が薄まらず、ひえひえのまま味わえてこれはうまいっ! 豆富冷汁 コチラのお豆腐はお店の手作りで お豆腐を作る時って、おからが出ちゃうけれど 大豆を丸ごと、あまさずつかっているので(おからが出ない)豆腐の味が濃いんです 胡麻のきいた出汁にミョウガ等の薬味でさっぱり味わえてこれは良いわ~ 鮪の断面刺し入り刺盛り 1980円というお値段もメチャオトク このカットだと背、腹等いろいろな場所を一度に味わうことができるので嬉しい 甘口の九州醤油が合うんですよね~ お鍋の出汁は昆布と鰹をふんだんに使いお水はなんと水素水を使っているそうです。 具はあまり入れずネギ、キノコ、水菜 つけだれにもトロロが入っていて お肉は低温で脂が溶けるブランド豚 武州豚 トロロは長いもとヤマトイモをブレンドされているそうです たーっぷり流し入れお肉をしゃぶしゃぶしたら野菜とトロロを絡めて つけだれにつけてシンプルだけれど、濃厚であっさり。いくらでも食べれそうです。 自家製のラー油をお肉にちょこっとつけて。 たれに入れても美味しいです。 締めはお蕎麦です。鍋はいったん下げられて温めなおしてつけだれで登場 ヒヤアツでいただきます。 お肉やキノコ野菜ととろろが溶け込んだ出汁の美味しさはたまらないです。 私、汁ものって残すようにしていますが、これは別、全部のみ切っちゃった~ めちゃくちゃ美味しいのです。また行こう
