どれも絶品、ジューシーな唐揚げと新鮮な焼き鳥が楽しめるお店! 池袋駅西口から徒歩3分以内にある路面店、 店内はお洒落な雰囲気で、見渡すと証明が一つ一つ違うのがびっくりしました。 お酒はどれも美味しく、つまみのメニューも、例えば枝豆もただの塩揉みではなく、わさび風味の枝豆だったり、梅とみょうがときゅうりを合わせたりと、 拘りがすごく現れる料理ばかりで、秋冬になると水炊きもおすすめ! 〆の雑炊も美味しく、最後まで愉しませていただきました。

友達と2人で年末利用。 お店はそれほど大きくはなく中も狭い感じでしたが、カウンターは割と従業員さんと話ができ、お勧めの焼鳥やメニューも教えてくれてとても感じの良いお店でした。 機会がありましたら、また利用します。
Used by two friends at the end of the year. The shop wasn't that big and the inside was small, but the counter was relatively nice to talk to the employees and tell me the recommended yakitori and menu. I will use it again if I have a chance.

JR池袋駅西口(北)から徒歩2分ほどの”焼鳥唐揚ハイボール”は焼鳥・唐揚げなど鳥料理がメインの居酒屋。鶏肉は鮮度が命。毎日その日の朝に〆た最高鮮度の大山どりを丸ごと1羽で仕入れ、店内で捌くこだわり。朝〆だから提供出来る鳥刺し、プリプリの食感の唐揚げ、上質な串焼きを提供する。 週末の18時頃伺うとウッディな外観に「YAKITORI KARAAGE HIGHBALL」の文字。店の前には「焼鳥1本100円~熟練の職人が一本一本丁寧に焼き上げた池袋で一番美味しい焼き鳥が食べられるお店です。」と書かれたボードが置かれている。 「池袋で一番」とはずいぶんと大きく出たが、個人的にはあり得ると思っている。先日伺った大宮にある焼鳥唐揚ハイボール 大宮店。実はこちらの系列店で、非常にハイレベルな焼き鳥を提供していた。仕入れは間違いないと思うので、入店前から美味い焼き鳥は100%保証なのだ。 店に入ると厨房に面したカウンターとテーブルで24席。大宮店は2Fがあったが、こちらは1Fのみ。カウンター席は2名ごとにパーティションが置かれて、コロナ対策もバッチリ。 *お通し550円 鶏スープ・大根おろし・ワサビ風味枝豆 お通しがないのが良いという意見もあるが、しっかりとした料理が出てくるなら肯定派。大根おろしは焼き鳥の味変アイテムとしても使えるし、鶏スープは濃厚こってり。 *はつ110円 大宮店で良かったハツを注文。スタッフに聞くと大宮は炭火だが、こちらはガス焼きとのこと。確かに焼きの香ばしさは少し落ちるが、立石のもつ焼きの名店・宇ち多゛みたいに、圧倒的に良い素材を軽く炙って出しました的な凄みを感じる。 *根菜と鶏のもつの煮込み880円 鶏モツたっぷりの煮込み。ボリュームもしっかりあるのでご飯のおかずにも、酒のアテにも。 *ささみ170円 *レバー200円 中はレアな焼き上がり。 *鶏レバーの肝ポン酢660円 低温調理の鶏レバーはしっとりした仕上がり。 *トリワサ990円 もちろん刺身系も充実。 *ちょうちん310円 店名は銀だこハイボール酒場みたいだが、こういった本格的な1品があるのが面白い。口に入れるとキンカンがプチッと弾けた。

Really nice food for a fine price. There is a 500 yen otoshi(tipping dish), so be aware of that.

Diners beware of sanitary issues at this store. I got infected with stomach flu here. Some of their yakitori are not cooked through.
