ビルの3階にお店はあります。
今回、入口に近い席でしたがめちゃくちゃ寒かったですw
軍鶏は歯ごたえがありとても美味しいです！
ソリレスなどの希少部位もあります。
店員さんも色々と気を使ってくれ楽しく食事ができました。
特にレバーは絶品でした！
焼き鳥はわさびをつけて食べるのですが初めて食べる食べ方です！
これがかなり良い！
お酒も進みます。
次回はお鍋も食べたいと思います。
ごちそうさまでした！

刺身、焼鳥はもちろん、鍋、すき焼きなども注文出来る。冬季は予約必須。
朝〆なので、新鮮。歯ごたえがあって美味い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋駅北口を出てみずき通りからケンタの角を曲がって西一番街中央通りをまっすぐ、西口界隈の飲食街を進んで雑居ビルの3階です。美味しい軍鶏をリーズナブルに食べられる居酒屋さんです。親子丼を食べるがために、ランチにお邪魔しています。店内殺風景な感じ。アットホームな大衆食堂の雰囲気を醸し出しています。ランチは、親子丼専門で営業しています。メニューは「究極の親子丼」一択なので迷う必要がありません。選ぶのは、並盛りか大盛りかだけです。量的には並盛りで充分ですが、大盛りでも1000円くらいなのでコスパは良しです。味よし値段よし、そして店員さんたちの接客もGOOD！次回は夜の軍鶏すきを食したいです。

このコロナ禍なのに衛生管理ができていません。
店員さんはマスクしてない方がいますしその状態で野菜切ったり焼き鳥焼きながらおしゃべり…
焼き鳥を客が使用したお皿に一度置いたのに頼んでないことを伝えたらそのまま別の客のところに持っていくなど…
信じられなくて二度見してしまいました笑
衛生面を気にしない方にはいいかもしれませんが…
窓もないので換気もできてなさそうですしね。

場所は池袋西口から徒歩数分、
ネット予約して行きました。
季節のオススメ料理も沢山あるので
店員さんに何が良いか聞くと色々教えてくれます。
とてもアットホームなお店で、居心地が良いです。
喫煙可能なので、タバコを吸う方は嬉しいですね。
軍鶏料理は、唐揚げや焼き鳥
鶏の刺身も美味しかったー！
鶏皮ポン酢も普段食べるやつと全然違う。
ユッケも美味しかったです！
どれも歯ごたえがあって、肉厚で美味しい、
軍鶏って初めてちゃんと食べたけどハマる。
カワハギの刺身や、珍しいネギのエシャロット、
おつまみメニューもとても充実していました。
アルコールメニューも豊富で
日本酒の種類も沢山ありましたね♪
鍋料理も美味しそうだったなぁ、
次は食べてないメニュー食べよっと。

軍鶏鍋の写真は2人前です。食べるタイミングもきちんと教えてくれます。シメの卵丼は鍋の汁を使ってその上で溶き卵をフワフワに仕上げます。（店員さんがやってくれます）それをご飯の上に乗せて食べるのですが、絶品です。
卵と食べるつくねは、写真の通り黄身が立っている良質な卵をつけて食べる贅沢な一品。
唐揚げは普通の鶏もも肉の唐揚げより歯ごたえがあり、鶏の肉の味がしっかりしています。
食べ物は非常に美味しかったですが、入り口側の席で外で吸っている？タバコのニオイが流れてきたのが残念でした。
