★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so indulged that I forgot to take pictures... Two chiefs made the sushi one by one in front of us. The rice was still warm and the fish melt in my mouth. Niigata is famous for rice and fish, which makes sushi a must-try. The recommended set of the day (10 pieces) was only 3000yen. It would be two or three times more expensive in Tokyo for the same quality.
