ラ	ラーメン!おじさんです。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにお邪魔しましたが旨いですねー?出る時は席が埋まってました。白河ラーメンって言うと、とら系が有名ですが茶釜系と朝日屋系があるそうで、こちらがそのひとつです。麺は縮れの細麺、ツルツルでのど越しが気持ちいい??♨️ ワンタンは少し餡が入ってました。１番の違いはスープだねー? 個人的な感じなのですが、とら系だと出汁感薄めのスープに醤油が全面にくる感じで油浮きもそこそこあると思うのですが、茶釜系は遠くから豚骨を感じて、醤油はスープと馴染んでると思います。醤油ーって全面にくる感じはないなー?色はこいけど。出汁が濃いって訳でも無いけど旨いっす? まぁー好みっすねー? d	despair1210 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白河ラーメンを１回食べてみたいと思い立ち、割と評判も良さげと思い来店。お昼過ぎの14時頃に来店しましたが、この時間でも外で待ってるお客さんはいなかったとはいえ中は満席状態でした。店内は醤油ラーメンのいい香りが漂い期待が高まる中、ワンタン麺を注文しました。味は申し訳ないですが、少々期待外れなものでした。スープを口に入れた瞬間は醤油の味と香りがしっかりと来るのですが、後味が非常に薄く出汁の味は全然せず、ただのお湯を飲んでいるような感覚でした。麺やチャーシューなど他は普通に美味しかっただけに、スープは勿体ないと感じました。 I came to the store thinking that I would like to try Shirakawa Ramen once, and that it has a good reputation.
